Lovely little cafe. Good selection of delicious food prepared to order while you wait. I had a panini and it was served with a side salad, coleslaw and crisps. Very reasonably priced considering what you get. I am not normally a fan of dogs, but the little resident dog really doesn't cause any bothe
If you like tea (or coffee) and cake, you must try Penelope's. The cakes are really good and food is freshly prepared. Nice, cosy, comfortable and tranquil.

Not a vegan cafe but has a REALLY great VEGAN menu! Plenty to chose from & very tasty too - vegan pancakes, sausage rolls, toasties, FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST, cakes and so much more. Lovely friendly service. A great find in Dereham as there is nowhere else that really offers much by the way of vegan
Good for food allergies, food is brilliant, service is great and although the place is very small they were more than happy to rearrange tables to get me in with my wheelchair. The only problem is the toilets are up steep stairs which the less able may find an issue.
Lovely little, local café with dedicated vegan and gluten free menus. Vegan breakfasts, toasties, baguettes, pancakes, panini's, jackets, hotdogs and waffles. They have vegan cheese and even vegan options for mayonnaise and coleslaw as well as a range of homemade cakes, many of which are dairy free
Very friendly atmosphere and a good selection of items on the menu. Very busy and short of staff when I was there, but the owner coped very well

Nice cafe, food always very good not to big, have been quite a few times.
