I visited at their busy lunchtime. The bap was huge, stuffed with salad and ham and so fresh. I also bought a yummy farmhouse sliced loaf which has been lovely toasted and with sarnies. The coffee to go was excellent too. Service was great considering it was lunchtime, staff attentive and polite. I'll definitely be back.

Flour and Bean is an absolute gem of a café! Their commitment to baking all their breads and other delights in-house truly sets them apart. Every bite is a testament to their dedication, with each pastry and loaf bursting with flavor. And let me tell you about their gingerbread mocker—it's a personal favorite! Rich, indulgent, and perfectly spiced, it's the ideal pick-me-up any time of day. If you're in search of delicious baked treats and a cozy atmosphere, look no further than Flour and Bean.

We really love this place. The food is super nice, we have had sausage rolls/pasties/donuts/sandwich rolls and can highly recommend. Great selection of food. It makes a refreshing change from the usual Greggs or Costa. The food is lovely and fresh! The seating area isn't massive so keep in mind if you want to eat in, but you can of course takeaway :)

Lovely cafe, good coffee, tasty pastries and friendly staff. Only drawback is they really need to replace their outside tables. The pavement is uneven which isn't their fault but the table taps are loose so they wobble and the wonky feet wobble on the uneven pavement. It's quite a challenge not to slop your coffee! Please get some new table with a three footed stand which would then be steady on the pavement. Then I'll give you another star

Would've given 5 but young girl didn't use tongs when removing something from oven and I think some things are a little pricey.

A little pricey for a baguette 🥖 and a couple of coffees however compared with a Costa pretty fair I guess , regular americano was quite weak in flavour and served in a tiny cup which was a bit mean ,latte was nice and hot and kept its heat , quality of the food pretty good . Atmosphere inside cosy and clean . Service was efficient, no waiting .

It is a cosy and pretty place to be with family in the centre of Dereham. Lots of sweets/breakfast options, reasonable price and friendly staff. There was no toilet available at the occasion when I've been there, but absolutely sure I will be back.

Sat outside and enjoyed a very nice bacon and sausage bap. Reasonably priced and good quality ingredients (I have had enough bacon rolls to know when one is a good quality :) ) All staff wearing masks and customers too (something good to see in this pandemic, as is good outside seating) The window was full of reasonably priced cakes that looked like they were made for the gods, but I was able to resist (it was the start of our day) but you can bet I will be back to sample a couple next time I am passing through the area.

A bit small and cramped. Coffee (Americano) was weak. Pastries were good and staff efficient. They just need to make their coffee stronger
