This shop saved the day! I was badly let down by another company for a cake for my parents anniversary, I went to the Cake Box last minute expecting a generic cake at best. The young girl behind the counter gave excellent customer service, talked through the different options and showed me helpful examples. I collected the personalised cake 4 hours later, and it tasted fantastic, everyone really enjoyed it. Being eggless is perfect, so all the family could enjoy it. This will be the only cake shop I use in the future, thank you for being so great :)

The cakes are so fresh and light. The downside is I just want to eat them all. The service is always fantastic too!!

Amazing cake for my nephew, he was so happy. I struggled to find a themed cake anywhere else but taken by surprise when they said yes they can do this. It was a lovely surprise. Really nice customer service too. Thank you!
