Ordered for the 1st time, we had a build your own bowl medium size, very generous portion. Reasonable prices. Food is delicious definitely will be returning. Great to find a healthy take away locally. Staff really friendly and welcoming. 5* from me. 😁
First time I've ordered from this restaurant via a take away app, the food was tasty, cooked very well as its tough to get fresh veg cooked just right but this was perfect. Found this by googling healthy takeaway food in Derby. I had a few to wait in the city and am not familiar with it really. I took a small takeout box. 8.95 with a protein choice and self serve filling the rest. Very nice, if I'm back I'll visit again
Great food, a little on the pricey side but the 'small' bowls still hold a lot so are a good deal and very tasty. Sometimes run pre-orders quite late (by 20 30 mins) if they've got a rush on at lunch which can be an issue if you're short on time on a lunch break.
Ordered takeaway for the first time from here and it was really lovely! Not greasy and heavy like a typical takeaway but still really tasty and satisfying. Would deffo order again.
Regular customer and not once been disappointed. The food is good quality, customer service is excellent and the tables/dishes are clean would highly recommend
I discovered Mezzo through my place of work and if I could afford to eat here everyday, I would. This is the kind of food that has you weeping with pure happiness with every bite and can make a bad day that much better. Mezzo really does remind you how incredible food can be. Highly recommended!
Absolutely beautiful falafel. Everything was cooked to perfection. Super tasty and great portion size. Staff v friendly. What more can you want? Vegan food!
Quite delicious. As healthy as you want it to be, with great selection of fresh produce. Outside seating lovely on a sunny afternoon.

Fantastic Mediterranean food with a real healthy feel. Great sources of protein and the portions are big too.
Decent for a lunchtime, although not daily because it's quite pricey. They have a range of sumo bowl sizes (I've always found the 'small' to be plenty big enough).
