1st time iv tried a real italian pizza and was the tastiest lightest pizza ive ever experienced. Realised how disgusting the domino's pizza hut etc are now compared to sourdough by gianni.
Delicious pizza (capricciosa). Well cooked, thin dough. Highly recommended if you want a pizza like the ones you can eat in Italy.

Best pizza I’ve had in Derby! Excellent dough with charring from the pizza oven. The cheese did not go rubbery at all by the time we got it home and loved the pizzas with the fresh mozzarella. Great service on pick up as well, all 4 pizzas finished at same time.
