Great experience at Insomnia. A little expensive than most of the local cafes but it's worth the quality of the food and drinks. The sandwich was way better than cold, packaged sandwiches out there. The coffee (we went with mocha) was delicious - right amount of everything. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating spaces and a convenient location near major retail stores, bakery, petrol station, post office and salons. There's plenty of parking spaces right behind the cafe as well. Definitely recommend!!

I was very surprised I thought it was a small cafe from outside but it's very large inside , you wouldn't think you were on a main road . Very impressive

Annie, Tom, Patrick and all the staff are incredibly lovely, hard working and kind. Hot drinks are amazing especially the oat vanilla matcha. And they kindly allow me to work on my laptop for hours on end. Great cafe, great staff. They all deserve Xmas bonuses ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„

Great cafe. I had an iced vanilla latte with coconut milk and it was perfect. One of the best coffees I've had- the coffee flavour was noticable but not overpowering. I also has a slice of carrot cake which was amazing. Also, the staff were really nice even though it was very busy when I went. Lastly, they have free bags of coffee grounds which they say you can take and use for things such as body scrubs, adding to dog shampoo, and adding to soil for plants. I thought this was a really cool and eco friendly idea!

I usually come here if I'm working on jobs in the area and I have to say that they do really good coffee. The staff are very friendly and can do a great flat white, which is actually alot cheaper than other major coffee chains. I've also noticed that they've kept their prices the same throughout the whole time of these price increases showing me that they care about the customer. Will definitely be a regular and recommend

A new addition to a fairly lively urban village. This is part of a fairly small marquee from the big coffee giants and my first visit was not a disappointment. Tea and a chocolate brownie for less than a fiver? Great start. The service was friendly and impressive. I had table service outside which was very chic and French style. Spotlessly clean the tray was arranged in a very pleasing way; with small jug of milk and serviettes and polished cutlery. Seemingly making a determination to excel beyond my expectation which they did. They asked if I wanted anything further by a charming person who explained their mission and expectations. Littleover already has a high bar with surrounding business delivering high quality of service. Ample free parking means that you can relax without chasing a deadline. Time will tell whether this high level of service will sustain but I have a feeling that they have a clear vision and determination to succeed. Looking forward to my next visit. Update. Had teas for two today. Very friendly service and atmosphere was nice.

Nice place to sit down and read or do some work, casual atmosphere and friendly staff. My wife would often walk up Burton Road to do college work or I would sit and wait for her to finish work if I was able to set out early enough.

A lovely set out place with beautiful decor. Staff is friendly but can sometimes be forgetful at times- but who isnโ€™t? If they make any mistakes ( once they burnt one of the things i ordered and forgot multiple times) they still give you a free drink token for next time you drop by and overall highly recommended if you want to have a calm and relaxed sitting with someone(or people) or just to study.

Large clean premises, well laid out with a variety of seating styles, cosy nooks and large seating areas. A very relaxed feel with plenty of space between tables. Staff were friendly and efficient. Coffee was good and piping hot. Sandwiches fresh, prepacked. Can definitely recommend the carrot cake and millionaire shortcake. Will be visiting again.

THE BEST COFFEE SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Starbucks who? I absolutely love the new Insomnia Coffee shop, I went for my moms birthday and it was the best coffee experience of my entire life. I had a Iced Latte with Caramel and Vanilla and it was best tasting Latte I've ever had the coffee blend was so much nicer and a nice strength for how I like my coffee, I also had the chicken caesar wrap which was better than any other wrap I've had before and to finish I had a piece of the apple pie warmed with cream and it was the best apple pie I've ever had. It's now 2 days later and I'm craving coffee and the food so bad will definitely be a regular at this coffee shop.
