The staff here are brilliant, thank you so much for looking after me whenever I visit.
Costa as a chain has dropped standards in their food and coffee over the last few years, which is a shame.
Love the place , atmosphere and their service. Got a latte and croissant its was really good enjoyed alot with beautiful weather and staff was very nice and friendly love the experience over there 👌🏻
I do love the drinks that they serve. Hot or iced. But the food isn't to my choice. I do think it's a little expensive. 2 breakfast baps and 2 large hot chocolate with cream was £17.
The atmosphere in there is nice. Great seating area with comfy sofas and chairs. The iced mocha I got was lovely and the service was quick too.
Good service and atmosphere , given 4 star's as wish they opened later than 6pm like other competitors
Core staff hugely friendly and helpful every single visit. That makes a difference - no one wants a grumpy or rude coffee experience. It's still mass produced coffee but the coffee here is always good (some other Costa outlets and yes other well known brand coffee outlets are torturing the beans or
Staff have always been helpful. Once the manager was kind enough to explain the various offers there were on. In doing so, I found great vaule and I returned multiple times. The taste of the coffee depends. I know that sounds odd, but the last time I purchased a drink the bitterness was quite strong

Welcome addition to Chello. Modern building and comfy seating and, if you like that sort of thing, the usual Costa stuff
It's a brand new drive through with the same basic lay out inside and outside. Nice seats though, but because of Covid not all could be used. My four stars is because the staff were a bit slow and couldn't make the drink I wanted. Otherwise typical Costa fare.
Coffees and teas with warmed up prepacked sausage/bacon baps.
Costa has a good selection of drinks and foods. Iam vegan so I would like to see a larger variety with vegan selections. Pleasant staff a very relaxed clean area and atmosphere. Just me and family in the cafe ~ although near to closing time. Thankyou
Great place. Light and airy, comfy seating, nice food and great coffee. Staff were welcoming, and I got my toast and coffee quickly. They were good at clearing and cleaning up tables after other customers' mess too. Will be going again.
Absolutely spot on, usual great tasting coffee and good service.
Only let down slightly by the cramped seating.
Really miserable server. Not a great advocate for Costa!
