Great service at the Drive through today. Team polite, welcoming and efficient. Order was correct. Quickly put together whilst still being hot and tasty. A+ experience at a very busy time.
Great value food and good healthy choices in the Happy Meal. What happens to all the recyclable material? Needs to be separate bins for plastic stuff. I took my plastic home. It puts me off visiting regularly, as there is no system
Green haired server (Didn't catch the name, I think it was Leia?) was absolutely brilliant, helped with my order and was so patient with me! However the uber drivers killed the good vibes by being so loud and rude. One in particular just kept yelling for no reason and made me really uncomfortable. But shout out to the server for keeping so calm despite the yelling!
HUGE shout-out to Jaime! The McDonald's app wasn't working so we went into the restaurant but our order was prepared as eat-in rather than takeaway. Jaime went out of his way to pack everything neatly and helped us to make sure that all of our items were there. Probably the best McDonald's crew member I've ever met.
Our chips were cold friends were hot. Seems to be the normal these days. Miss the McDonalds. These days no atmosphere uber, just eat etc seem to take priority over walk in customers. To many cold coffee/teas and food been had to give a good review sorry McDonalds
Fast, even in a very busy period. Don't join the long queue for the drive-thru - park outside in one of the numbered spots, and they will bring your order to the car.
This is the second best McDonalds in Derby. The best one is at the Meteor Centre. It's best to visit this one at less busy times as when its busy its REALLY busy.. like unbelievably busy. Do not turn up here if you're hungry and its busy as you will potentially become hangry in the queue and then not give some hard working employee the complete respect they dutifully deserve. However.. if you turn up here at any other time of the day you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff are very helpful and friendly too.. the food is always on point.. not just the McDonalds standard that you expect, but what feels like a little extra. Definitely give it a go, just not when its busy
Big McDonald's, lots of room to sit. Normal food. There was no milkshakes or icecream available on the menu when I went however, not sure if that is a permanent thing or whether it was just broken that day.
Stopped off for a McDonald's breakfast for myself, wife and our Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Used the drive through, very quick and efficient. Food nice and hot. Very good experience.
Always warm food and the wait isnt too long, staff are very polite and plenty of space to sit and eat in.
