Nags Head - Derby - Photo album

Very friendly pub / eatery. Sociable clients (at least in the daytime). Always is clean and well looked after. Very good clean beers. Nice portion of chips, whether fries or chips - there is a difference! My favourite is the petite blonde woman who serves behind the bar, very pleasant and friendly t
Wow what an outstanding pub, I much say it’s one of the best in Derby. The staff are all brilliant especially Sally, Ben and the head chef Tom. Tom specially delivered the spicy hot link sausage flat bread and it was so lovely and a big portion. The pub offers ale and they are different each week. I
First time and loved it. Really nice staff and food was great. Good portions at a reasonable price. Would definitely visit again.
A great community pub, great drinks, good food, great staff. There’s always a good atmosphere with friendly people. Great parking too, which is difficult to find in the area
Called in at the Nags hoping they had the football on which they did. The pub was full. I got served at the bar straightaway the lady was so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t eat but the food look great for the price. I will definitely be returning with my family for food. Great staff
Was there for a late catch up with a friend. The staff were friendly and also the environment was welcoming. However, on the odd occasion as the door was open you would catch the passive smoke coming in from outside. It's a good place to also bring the family. The general vibe was chill.
Went in for lunch on a Monday afternoon with my partner and we had Steak and Ale pie, and it was delicious. And the service was quick, and staff very friendly. Will definitely go again.
I was served by a very polite and forthcoming gentleman called Jamie. An absolute credit. I came in by myself and didn’t know what to eat or drink and he went out of his way to go through the menu with you and the meal was worth every penny. The cider was brilliant as well. I had a Mexican styled bu
A few of us went for a steak on Tuesday night. Everyone said that their £8.99 rump steak served on a sizzling platter was excellent.
Friendly atmosphere, lovely food. The manager and his wife are first class hosts! Been to other places but it doesn't come close to here. Marvellous management.
I like a pub. This is a proper pub. Sensible beers at sensible prices, and the food going pa's looked good to boot. There's seating out the front, but the hidden gem is the beer garden out the back. Tidy. Looks generic, but don't let that stop you. Happy drinking!
8 of us went here for lunch on the recommendation of our hotel, glad we took their advice. Food was fantastic, even the kids loved it. The staff were extremely friendly, very efficient and all round very nice people. Loved it so much going back later for our evening meal, oh and a great selection of
Really great place with fantastic, well priced menu. Something for everybody, including gluten free options. Suited 2 teenagers, spoilt for choice. Great offers on products. Option to order on the app. Service was really fast & very friendly. Food tasty and piping hot. 5* all the way!!
Called in to book a table for a celebration meal, manageress was very helpful and friendly. Had a drink while I was there and very enjoyable.
Friendly staff, great indoor and outdoor seating areas and a good sized car park. Pool table, live sports and great atmosphere.
Went on Thursday it was bogoff on burgers we had 2 chicken burgers which were excellent at a cost of £9.25 absolute bargain we'll be back next week
Food good, service good and atmosphere also good. However got the wrong meal as staff did not explain different options. It was our 1st time there. Would go again though.
