They seem to be struggling for staff , it's really busy at the weekend and always have an amazing display of fresh flowers , there security man was also very polite welcoming and helpful
Everyone knows M&S. The store always looks nice, the staff are always helpful and polite, the range of products is good for the size of the store and you can do click and collect.
Love the clothes,food and staff always helpful, just sad that it's gone self-service big let down 👎
I visited the store on Thursday 27th April looking for a trouser suit for my granddaughters wedding a young gentleman on the staff stopped to direct me to the place where they were I was struggling to walk I had had an operation on my back and he was most patient and helpful I didnt catchhis name but I would like him to know and thank him for his kindness

Good selection of good looking clothes. It is also really cheap for the quality of the clothes. The staff are all really helpful and nice.
M&S has always been one of my favourite shops. The service here did not disappoint. Always a nice selection of clothes and delicious food options in the food hall, as well as a lovely onsite coffee shop ☕
I had a bra fit at Derbion today with a young lady called Ria. This lady was absolutely amazing in finding me and bringing me lots of different bras to try on in my correct bra size…., she’s picked me bras out I would never have picked myself…., and I loved them. I felt really at ease and comfortable with her..,., I eventually spent over £162 because all the bras she picked for me fit and felt so nice, I was in the wrong size for over a year , so now I’ve updated my underwear drawer. Thankyou Ria from the Derbion….,, you are a credit to the company xx

A bit more quality for affordable extra quids.
Visited M&S on a mission to aquire lingerie for my wife😩 Fortunately with my daughter's help I managed to obtain what I needed.The mysteries of female underwear has fascinated me since I was 13 (72 now) but buying it is whole new ball game.Apparently it fits well and is what she wanted,😇so thanks M & S and my daughter!
