Excellent food and service. Warm welcome and comfortable atmosphere. The food is very reasonably priced and is made up of a good selection of pub classics and other dishes. I personally had the mixed grill and can attest to the excellemt quality of the meat, fluffy chips, and tasty sauce. There is also a good selection of drinks available, serving a selection of ales, lagers, gins, and more. Definitely recommended for couples, familys, or even a solo bite

I have been on multiple occasions, the most recent was yesterday. Everyone was lovely and the food was great. Tommy was happy to help as usual when asking for drinks at the bar. I've been there with an ABBA tribute going on too which was amazing. Overall great pub and will be back again!
Been here a few times now and have always felt welcomed. Met so many lovely people and the service is great. Harry especially has always been wonderful and lots of help and will always put a smile on your face!

Had a good meal at this place. Incredible environment and good vibes all around, Harry was our server for the time we were there and did a great job at that, answered all our enquires about the menu. Would defo recommend this place to anyone.
The chef cooked my BLT Wrap with chips really well, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was really quick! Overall I would come again as the food and the staff were lovely!
Came in here for the first time recently. Not really keen on going somewhere new. But Harry made me feel really welcome. And helped me with any questions I had. Will definitely come back😁
The pub is lovely with friendly staff, Tommy always makes you feel welcome, the food is really good and the entertainment nights are always fun, Bingo has recently started on Thursdays and is great! quiz nights on Wednesdays are fun, theres always a good atmosphere and the staff remember you which shows they care about their customers 😊
Highly recommend this pub, bar staff and service staff very friendly yet professional, great atmosphere and the chef cooked the food perfectly which included a healthier dish which is great they can cater for individuals dietary needs, overall great experience.
Had an excellent time there. The food was terrific and the service was very quick. Had a small issue with the food but the assisstant manager Tommy handled it incredibly well. Highly recommend

Staff are all dedicated, once saw Tommy do a backflip across the bar to serve quicker
All the bartenders (Tommy, Harry, Alicia, Abi, Lauren) are all on it with the regulars, and liam will cook you up a bangin meal if you ask nicely
Good selection of food and drinks, plenty of stuff on in the week too like Bingo night and Pub Quizzes, reckon the Oak pub quiz hosted by Tommy would make a quality show on Itv 2
Overall, what you want from a local really
They staff were very accommodating as we were a group of 12 .. what I will say is things like clearing half the table after the main course was not great sitting with dirty plates and when they served puddings some for spilt as they carried out to the table but they never offered to replace it otherwise it woukd have been 4 ... it was a pleasant surprise though how much we enjoyed it .. thanks
