A nice meal, staff were all very friendly, super quick with bringing the food out. Fair prices. If we're ever back that way we would definitely consider returning.
What a wonderful pub restaurant. Absolutely fantastic value for money with truly delicious food, I can't recommend this place enough. If you visit here I'm certain you will not be disappointed. Lots to offer on the menu which will cater for all wallets. My gammon was 16oz and £15.50
Great pub, nice staff, great for families and kids. My 10 oz(?) Steak was the smallest I've had anywhere but it tasted great and no fat, gristle on it at all, I ate 100% of it! Pudding was small child size, again tastey but mean portion size!!
A bit, spit and sawdust type place, with staff that will interact with you, they're friendly and helpful, the main thing is the food, which is excellent, with a varied choice menu, the food arrived hot and more importantly, tasty.....

Without a doubt, the best steak I have had for a long time. My partner and I went for the two Bistro rump steak deal with a bottle of house red, plus a couple of side dishes the steaks were beautiful unfortunately the house red was not so good but still good value for money will definitely be return
Very nice place for the whole family to enjoy time together in friendly surroundings. I wish I had found this place in Summer - it didn't stop us sitting outside, though, because the patio enclosure at the back is great.

Amazing beer garden and a huge steak cooked properly.
The food was really good. I had a fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly the only down side to it was ZERO seasoning. No salt, pepper or anything. The sauce is an additional cost as well.

Really enjoyed this visit, its been a while, my food was very nice & cooked to my liking. I opted for the Murphy t-bone steak medium-well & it was delicious, don't quite know just how i managed a desert but it did & took pics just to tease my siblings haha. Oh & my wife enjoyed her meal also.

What a great place to visit. Busy in a Sunday afternoon but plenty of staff serving. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Canal at end of garden. Nice 2 mile circuit walk from pub around canal. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended

Enjoyable afternoon steak meal for four. Delicious steak cooked exactly how we asked for. Two 20 ox steak with a bottle of wine £21.99, we didn't have chips but new pots for me and Sister in law had a lovely fresh salad. Will be back very soon !
