We love to go there for lunch , excellent food good service, and the staff very helpful and friendly ,
We were Nando virgins till yesterday.We wanted something different to eat & paid here a visit.Excellent menu selection available. Waitress showed & explained everything to us.Didn't have wait long for food.Whole team were friendly & professional. Definitely would return & highly recommended
Came today with my son who has multiple allergies and the server and the manager accommodated him so well making sure it wasn't contaminated we really enjoyed our meal me my mum and son will defiantly come again thank you

Never had to wait very long Evan though there was a que, we ordered at 6.35pm and we had our food with in 10 mins we all ate same time which was nice,the staff were very friendly the 4 of us will definitely go back

The staff , from the lady that showed us to our table to the staff serving and cooking were exceptional.
I didn’t use the app but ordered at the counter due to fussy Kid 🤣 the man behind the counter was highly accommodating

Attended Nandos yesterday Sunday 22nd of October. Had a wonderful experience with lovely service and great food ! Me and my wife love this restaurant and we will be back. A lovely server stood out to us she had dark black hair - very happy and attentive. Thank you Nandos Derby
I have been to this Nandos countless times and the service has been great. Food arrives within 15 minutes or so and my beanie pitta has always tasted great. My young child enjoys eating here too and usually finishes his meal Plenty of sauces to choose from to accommodate your needs. Desserts are pretty tasty too. Will be back again.
I visited here today with a friend who is from Nigeria. I wanted to take her to a restaurant that I knew would have a good selection of chicken dishes, and that would use spices and seasoning!
It was her first time visiting Nandos and being at a restaurant in England.
I didn't prebook a table so when we arrived we were told that we would have to wait 20-30 minutes for a table. I was asked my name and number and was told I'd receive a text when a table was available. I was texted within 15 minutes and was sent a link to confirm that I would be returning.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, the music, lighting and decor all added to the experience.
The waiter asked if we had visited before, and explained where and how to order, where to get sauces, drinks and cutlery.
My friend absolutely loved the experience and her meal and wants to visit again.
Very poor customer service from one of the staff. Unable to accommodate a simple request (asked to move to a better table that is more stable). Lack of consideration at all! The lady that brought our meal was very friendly and I'm sure all other staff too. Just disappointed with that particular staff. Food was great.
Food was tasty, but they did bring the wrong plate out initially.
Service felt a little clunky and everyone looked a bit miserable with no real service offered.
But, standard Nando vibe and food 👍🏻
nice place , staff r helpful , sometimes the food is cold but it’s rlly tasty !!
For me great customer service very patient while I was trying to sort out discount vouchers on the phone.
