I'm so sorry for the 4 star rating because I have a little black hair in my lunch and my and my lovely friend of mine who treated me for my lunch our lunch was cold apart from the chips they were hot but we was in company with other people in our group but I didn't want to make a fuss about it all
Beautiful restaurant with a great choice on the menu.
It's dog and child friendly and the staff are very helpful. We have eaten here a few times now and my children love it. It's family oriented and you have a good outdoor area.
Good food, good service and good prices.
Would highly recommend.
6 of us and a baby came yesterday lunchtime, food was really good, price and arrived promptly after ordering even with the place being fairly busy.
The only criticism I have is the soft drinks were a bit on the pricey side, £8 odd for 2 small cokes and a can of Vimto.

There was a children's disco going on, the pub was very busy, with a great atmosphere.
Staff coped very well with the busy environment.
We ordered two hand battered cod, chips, mushy peas and tarta sauce.
Service was good and food arrived quickly.
Only fault with food, it could have been hotter.

We come here all the time as it's our local. Staff are friendly, food is really nice and food comes out really quickly. I don't think they do any themed nights like live music, bingo or quizzes. That would be something we'd be interested in. The outdoor play area is good for older kids. The kids me
Solid local gastro pub. I usually come here for a catch up meal with a friend. The bar and service staff are lovely. You know what to expect from this type of food. You can order and pay all from the website. Food comes quick and you feel well taken care of.
Had dinner her with some friends today. Service was great. Emma and Joe were lovely. Food tasted great, and came out quickly even though it was very busy.
All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Food was good as always. Came for my daughters birthday. Wasn’t feeling overly hungry myself so asked if I could have a child’s meal. They were quite happy for me to have one. Thanks.
Charlotte our server was very welcoming and dead professional and she did a really good job on putting on the quiz night it went down well with everyone who took part and we need more nights like that again!
