Our dinner came to the table and we ordered the wrong chicken so they exchanged it for free. Great customer service and didnt have to wait long even for the exchange of meals, will be going back �

Visited this lunchtime for a birthday dinner with my 3 year old daughter, the staff were friendly and pleasant and the food was amazing! They absolutely went the extra mile with service too as my daughter had a birthday tshirt and badges on, they came over with a piece of cake and candle singing happy birthday without me even asking! Superb service and I will always use this branch in future rather than the intu branch! Thankyou for making a little girl very happy �
We always have a good experience at this place - lovely staff, gods food and fun atmosphere.
First trip to nandos and because the intu one was shut was very very busy. We had booked for 7 and got steated straight away. We didnt feel rushed at all, and food was prompt. and the service was excellent. The food was delicious. We will definitely be returning.
Bit overpriced, but that’s Nando’s for you unfortunately. Hot, fresh, fast and good service. Would return

Went I'm with a group of colleagues after work, was greeted by a cheerful member of staff who showed us to our seats (window seats at friend's request!�) then promptly gave us menus and left us to decide while getting our drinks sorted.
Ordered food at the till, to another cheerful member of the team, didn't wait too long for it to arrive either.
Whole experience was seamless and such a delight after a busy day, would definitely recommend to anyone.
Next time I'm in I might have a cheeky word with the manager.

Nando’s, nice and easy food. Quick, hot and chicken based. Not sure what more I can add, app ordering makes it super easy to order food. Service is great considering all they need to do is bring hot fresh chicken to the table, which they do perfectly. Can be busy, but when we went table was free and walked straight in. Thanks
Excellent service from Charlotte. Unbeknown to her I suffer with mental health and had particularly suffered the night before I came. Charlotte didn't know any of this yet she was brilliant wirh my children, giving them special crayons and a free brownie. I was so touched. We normally go to pizza express but queue was too long. Never again. X
Went today with my daughter. I really struggle doing things on my own but decided to go for lunch. The lady I was served by was called jade, she was so lovely and polite, she even opened the door for me because I had a pushchair, food was lovely as always but just wanted to give her a special mention as she made us feel so welcome ❤️
Visited this Nandos whilst staying in Derby for a weekend. I have allergies to nuts and sesame seeds and they catered really well for me. The lady who took my order was patient and friendly and I felt safe eating here. The food was lovely.
It’s Nando’s so you know what you can expect about the food. I want to comment about their service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made our trip pleasant . Thanks 👍. There is parking nearby within easy walking distance.

Sylvie was wonderful I was paying Cash which is seemingly a crime in this day and age. But not at Nandos.
Nor do you need to be overwhelmed by the app. You can order at the counter.

The menu is healthy, colourful and most importantly full of flavour.
Alex was an excellent waiter and the place is a relaxed dining area. The prices are certainly affordable and I really would recommend nandos. I was v cynical of any place selling 'over priced supermarket chicken'. I'd just like to reassure anyone who thinks that is the case. It isn't.

We was able to get a seat even though we had not booked, staff was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the process to order your meals, the meals were very pleasant and you were able to amend on there website anything that you didn't like, which was good, not a good beer selection of or me, but overall a good experience.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was my first time and I had an amazing time! I love the variety of sauces they have.. Especially the African spicy sauces!!

Not been yo Nandos for some time, I had a salad with grilled chicken, very nice. Son and his girl friend had burgers, again very good. Reasonly good value as well. Atmosphere was good, marked down as air con was a little cold. Overall enjoyed our meal.

Took my son tonight for his 16th Birthday meal as he had never been, he loved it and they even gave us our dessert for free,which was a very nice touch.Thanks Nandos.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Charlotte and her team and tonight, really went above and beyond, was stuck in traffic coming back from wales and they kept my food warm and let me collect late and were just really friendly
The wait for food was a little longer than expected however it was well worth it given the food was served hot and the service was excellent!

Great food as always, the DIY way of ordering via an app is killing it, normally on Saturday night you can't get a table, now you can pick whatever table you like
