Very busy which I think speaks for itself. Quite a wait but that meant food was constantly being freshly cooked. Its a chip shop but as chip shops go the food was very nice and I would go back again.
You know you're at the right place when the queue is out the door .... Everything is cooked fresh and piping hot. The wait was not excessive either.... Will definitely return

Best Fish and chips I've had for years, crunchy fish not dripping in sloppy oil, crunchy chips that were not stuck together like a lump of clod, mushy peas with just the right amount of juice, not runny and not a solid dollop. The owner has a sense of humour, her daughters were smiling and laughing

The food is so good here! In fact, it's that good that sometimes they don't have any chicken and mushroom pies left, which makes me sad!
