Miss Coffee has become my new favourite café to visit in Derby! It reminds me of being back in Malaysia with my cousins. The décor is cute and the atmosphere relaxing. A good place to sit and watch the world go by or catch up with your friends after a serious shopping trip. There is so much choice for drinks and they are the ONLY place in Derby that you can get bubble tea! They have a good selection of cakes too! Their green tea cake was delicious, but I was torn between that and the Oreo cake. I plan to try a different cake each time I visit! They also sell snacks like Pocky and Hello Panda. The staff there are so friendly and helpful and the owner inspiring! I had a chance to chat to her over a glass of bubble tea and found that it was her dream to open her own café. There are not many people with the courage to follow their dreams, so here's to living your dreams!
Friendly staff, very hospitable environment, contemporary decor. It's a great place to go for quality coffee. I regularly come here for my morning coffee. I'd recommend the lemon cheesecake with an espresso.
The best place to drink I've ever been too, if you ever need anywhere to drink this is the place to go. So original with its drinks and well presented. Staff could not do any more for you, kids are more than welcome here as well. Forget Starbucks or any places like that, this is the place to go. Please give this the business it deserves.
I'm kicking myself for not going in here before today. So much choice and in my opinion better than Costa coffee. I had grape tea with a mixture of bubbles ��,I will be recommending my friends try here. I will be definitely be coming back.

Amazing people working at this coffee shop. They thought I was feeling upset and put a smiley face in my coffee which was really nice and made me happy. Their coffee and hot chocolate is also amazing best I have had in a while. I love the white Hot chocolate that they serve amazing would recommend to everyone.
I love asian culture and languages. More specificly anything Japanese, Korean or Chinese. The fact it incorporates this into the cafe is great. Plus I've been wanting to try bubble tea for a long time and there's is amazing! My go to cafe for sure and I highly recommend it.

I've had bubble tea from places all over the country but Miss Coffee is the best by far. The fruit bubble tea comes with fresh fruit slices and basil seeds. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly too and there's free WiFi! I go every time I'm in Derby now. Love it!

This is a lovely friendly coffee shop. It has lots of different drinks for sale and lots of lovely cakes. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff made the drinks very quickly, and they tasted very nice. There are a lot of options. For example, with the fruit teas you can choose the base tea and have up to two flavours. There are a variety of toppings. There is seating inside but only a few seats so could easily be quite busy. The shop itself is down a few steps and is small inside, so it can get quite congested and wheelchair users would not be able to enter.
really friendly/polite staff , always get my order correct.The seating area is so nice and cosy always clean ,have loads of snacks and drinks r a good price . ordered from here for years now !
Absolutely wonderful service every time we go in. Today they signed me up to their WiFi and spoke to my daughter on the phone as she couldn't remember what drink is her favourite.

I love how they offer a variety of foods from a diverse range of Asian countries. Plus they serve the best hot chocolate.. And bubble tea... And milk shakes.. And tea... AGH! Everything is too good.
My son introduced me to this cafe we love coming here for their bubble teas the staff is brilliant and very accommodating I have not yet found a better bubble tea place

Lovely little place to get iced coffee, bubble teas and great snacks! You can even get your instant noodles prepared for you with hot water!

I felt like some bubble tea today. So off I went to the best place to go in derby - Miss Coffee!
I brought a Taro Tapioca milk cold drink and it was delicious!! I savoured every moment and can’t wait to go again 😍
If you don’t like milky drinks you should try the fruity ones, if you have a sweet tooth you’ll love it!

I've been here a couple of times and it's the best bubble tea I've had! Also the first time we had the Korean pancakes and they were amazing!! Last time the staff were so helpful especially helping me with vegan options and the vegan cherry vanilla shake was really epic (photo attached) definitely worth a visit 😊
Great drinks with wide variety and good prices. Also sell other Asian themed foodstuffs in the shop which are delicious.

While visiting Miss Coffee for my partners birthday we ordered the Matcha Ice Tea and Matcha tea crèam cake, needless to say we're fans of Matcha tea.
During our visit the owner asked us if we liked the Matcha Ice tea as they're using a new brand, and here's my review of it and the cake:
As some of you will know Matcha Tea can be pretty bland and flavourless if done wrong, this wasn't an issue at Miss Coffee, it was creamy, sweet, full bodied and refreshing.
As for the cake, the portion isn't exactly small and to say it's smooth, super flavourful and creamy would be an understatement.
For those who haven't been to Miss Coffee before I'd suggest you visit as soon as possible, you can't go wrong with a simple milk tea or something more adventurous, they also have a stock of different Asian snacks, and my favourite: ramen.
Staff are super friendly, and the environment is warm and inviting, they even have little cute shopping carts for picking up those delicious snacks
(Just as a side note, I don't live in Derby and I don't know the staff personally, my review is solely from my experience so I have no bias, other than being an avid fan of Asian food and drink)
Lovely people, lovely bubble tea, lovely food. But very compact and busy nowadays over time it has become everyones favourite little coffee shop, but if your going to town in a busy period expect to struggle to move about and look at the stock. It is a lovely lovely place 100% recomend just think they need to upgrade to somewhere a little bigger now. (I recommend take away not eat in)

Staff are friendly and service is quick. Always seating available when I go in with the children for bubble teas. Variety of teas are also very good. The only reason I held back from a 5 star is because they used to do the most delicious desserts but my last 2 visits I have seen none...so was very disappointed.
