I sparingly give tip when I visit a resto but I am so impressed
yesterday with the service and one of chef's special, the seared nuoc cham tuna was fab! 👍👍
Brilliant place excellent food and great friendly staff couldn’t ask for more and can’t say anymore than that we are looking forward to our next visit 😃
Lovely friendly service, the waitress was really kind to my two girls. Food was fresh and delicious and the children really enjoyed it despite having reservations about trying something new. Freshly squeezed juice too, really nice touch. We'll be back 😋😀
Fantastic experience yesterday. My mom and I popped in for lunch and was served by Chris who was very helpful and tentative helping suggest suitable ideals for my mom to avoid hot spice. 1 of the dishes was missed off the order by mistake, but Chris was fast to resolve and got it to the table quickly.
Can't believe at the age of 49 and for someone who eats out often, yesterday was my first visit to your Derby restaurant.

Delicious food, consistent with Wagamama’s repute. We went there for brunch. I had steak tiryaki soba, & absolutely loved it. Chilli squid is a great starter to try if you want something light to enjoy while waiting for main course.
First time trying wagamamas and I loved it! Had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes to be seated as was quite busy in there. Love the free little green tea! We had beef brisket ramen and katsu curry and they were delicious. Big portions. I couldn’t finish all of mine so they give out little takeaway boxes to take your leftovers home. The food comes out when it’s ready so in no order. Great choices of drinks too. Cherry blossom lemonade was lovely and refreshing. Would 100% recommend
First time at Wagamama it was a good experience. We had 4 different waiters throughout the evening. Food was served individually, however, very fresh. You pay by QR code on the table.

Starters were good. Vegatsu is served with tiny amount of curry sauce for the amount of rice provided. Request for extra sauce was accepted but never arrived. Waiter gave some lame excuse. I didn't like Sake. Cloudy lemonade was ok

I absolutely LOVE wagamama! So gutted none of the meat is halaal otherwise there'd be pleeeeenty more customers there. Even so, the vegetarian and vegan dishes are beautiful! The ramen is sooooo good and the fruit smoothies you get with the meal compliment eachother so well. I always look forward to going there. They do change the menus quite a bit so make sure you check before you go. You HAVE to try it if you've never been
We had a waitress called Ariana. She was very kind and delivered excellent customer service. It was refreshing to see her really take care us and work hard at her job.
This is my favourite place to eat in Derby. The food is exceptional, staff all very friendly and provide brilliant service, and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of vegan/veggie options. Love it.
Nice place to have food. If you love noodles and rice then is good place to go for a meal. All food was hot and good prepared 😊😋we definitely will go again.
Wagamama is always a great experience, with amazing, friendly and charismatic staff - and this one is no different! We had great food, great servers and great conversation with them. Their allergy services are the best of any restaurant you can go to, this is a place you can go to and feel like they want to make sure you have the best evening out possible.

So I originally left a 5* review on here due to great customer service, wonderful food and great ability to accommodate people however, I feel the need to give a special shout out to Charlotte for the outstanding service this evening.
My partner and I came in not long after eating at a sushi place which made us both feel VERY unwell. We needed a reliable place to sit and eat a proper meal.
We were given full service by Charlotte who was hands down amazing, not only did she give outstanding customer service and a great ability to accommodate but she was also someone who was very approachable, eager to assist and just a lovely person.
She came to check up on myself and my partner a couple of minutes we received our meals and noticed my partner wasn't there. She saw the slightly worried look on my face and immediately expressed genuine concern. She checked on our table twice in the matter of a few minutes before going into the toilet to check on my partner who came out looking terrible. We had not long eaten at a sushi place within the Intu food court which made us both feel very poorly due to very poor hygiene. (I left them a 1* review). Wagamamas has proven again and again as a team that this is a great place to eat and also a place where people do genuinely care about the wellness of others and have an excellent ability to accommodate.
This restaurant is for the Asian food lovers as noodles with plenty fascinating ingredients that you must try. I love it. It is one of my favourite. Some of the tables are not very comfortable as some of them are in the middle, long and you kind of have to stay next to someone else but not too close which is find. But there are other options where to sit so is good to try it! Good luck!

Beef brisket ramen is delicious as is the chilli chicken ramen, Katsu chicken curry and Korean BBQ steamed buns.
Of special mention is the Bang Bang cauliflower, a mix of soft and crunchy, sweet, sticky and firery hot.
Food is brought out fresh therefore not all at the same time, however it's normally only a few minutes wait. Chopsticks are laid out on the table, however knifes and forks are in the condiment basket if you need them.
Always super clean and tidy with helpful, polite and genuinely nice staff.
Great Wagamamas, I went with my parents and we all had the Katsu Curry.
We ordered two of the Yasai Katsu Curries and one chicken. With a Miso Corn as a starter to share.
Everything arrived as ordered, we asked for no salad on the vegetarian Currys which was fine for them to alter. It is all made fresh so it is easy to request for certain ingredients not to be included.
They asked if we had any allergies and it was very clean.
We were served by Heather who was very nice and checked that our meals were ok half way through.
