Stay at the Premier Inn on site so really convenient.
Friendly staff, could do with a few more at busy times.

Very quiet when we ate dinner (24/9/23). There were staff shortages, advised on arrival, but it didn't slow anything down. Bar staff great, food excellent. Both had fish & chips and we're happy with the meal. The fish was excellent with very crisp batter. Don't worry about portion size, it was well big enough.
This establishment is set on the outskirts of derbys City Centre, it was clean and tidy which gave a good impression on entry, there was only slight wait but nothing to make a fuss about, The waiting staff were very polite. The food was ok but unfortunately the steak was like leather so did let down slightly otherwise the meal was OK, would i go again yes, oh make sure you register your vehicle its free parking for 3 hours while you dine in well done guys
I’ve been here 8 times now as part of visits with work and can honestly say it’s the only part of the trip I look forward to, the food is always good, they have a good selection of drinks especially whiskey however the staff are always a step beyond! The whole team has been great and every time I have left thinking positively of the staff! I specifically want to mention Kim who was kind, considerate, out going and friendly, shes someone I would trust to look after family well and a staff member that needs to be recognised!
Popped in here as it's next to our premier Inn.Took advantage of the half price burger deals in August.Had a really nice pudding too. Brilliant, attentive staff. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely come here again.🙂
Been for breakfast a couple of times recently, great staff very friendly and good with the kids. Breakfast a mix of continental and cooked - the cooked was brought to the table on a quiet Tuesday morning so lovely to have it fresh. Continental selection differed on each visit, a good selection each time. Very good value for money and good service. We will return!
Good they could fit us in at short notice. I think there should be bar codes for vouchers and the card number on the phone as it is not fair on the staff to make them write down numbers from people's phone screens.

The usual breakfast fare is a good quality.
Service can be dodgy on a Sunday when they are getting ready for the roast lunch time though. Dont be late for breakfast on a Sunday. :)

down and to be honest without our discount voucher we would probably have not gone in after seeing the faded signs and peeling paint!
Once inside it was really nice, staff were very polite and helpful.
All of the food we had was really well cooked, tasty and we were even tempted for a dessert!
Come on Beefeater get your painters to work and give the outside the facelift it needs.
We will definitely be going again soon.

Popped in for tea as it’s next to the premier inn. Had a table booked in the restaurant but found one in the bar which suited our needs, there was no problem with releasing our restaurant table. One of our party had specific dietary needs which required some items on the menu tweaking, again, this was no trouble and we’d like to say a big thank you for this. The only criticism is there perhaps not enough staff to serve, run the restaurant and clear the tables. Tables went uncleared for a long time. But otherwise, good service and would return.
Went for breakfast and in was excellent quality and value for money can't fault it and kids eat for free . 5 stars all the way
It's a nice pub, lovely and clean. Food was nice. My other half had the Chick & ribs and cleared his plate which meant he thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the BBQ mushroom tower which was huge. I wasn't all that keen on the sauce and mushroom combo though. In my opinion, as someone who loves cooking, an aioli sauce would be a far superior pairing. Otherwise, we were very happy with our visit.
Great restaurant, loads of separate areas with seating spaced out.
Food was gorgeous, ate waay to much but can't fault anything.
Would definitely recommend the steak dish below, 4oz of rump, Sirloin and fillet
