Came here for dinner on a whim after work on a Friday night with no booking. The food was delicious and the staff were so lovely. Would definitely recommend and I hope to visit again!!
Attended for a friends birthday party and wow what a pleasant surprise. The mixed grill for starters was delicious, the mains were also very good and the service was impeccable. Radtha the owner was very attentive and also very helpful. Will be coming back soon, great tasty food.

As an interesting fact, during our visit we didn't see many guests, however few people came to make arrangements for big parties (catering outside). All those people came from recommendations.
For me it is the best sign of the food quality and prices.
We will revisit on the nearest opportunity 🙏
After excusing ourselves from a recommended restaurant, having sat down and viewed the prices, our party of four discovered that Indian Restaurant prices in the Midlands Road area where unusually high - don't get me wrong, the expensive contemporary decor was very nice and I'm sure the food would probably match, BUT, in excess of £20 for chicken tikka masala!? Then we discovered this gem of a restaurant round the corner in London Road. Wow, the food was absolutely out of this world and at very acceptable prices. Five stars are not enough, highly recommend.
Food quality is very good. You love the taste very much if you love Indian food. Various dishes option is there. Price bit high compare to other takeaways, but better to be there and enjoy your food. Because they end with a surprise, at least for me and my team mates who visited. Not disclosing here. 😉
Delicious food, salmon and paneer tikka was the best. See picture. Holding back fifth star as the restaurant could use a little love, including doing something about the noisey fridge that drowns out the music in the middle of the room. Would happily go back.

Small, open plan restaurant with slightly tired decor but serving amazing food at a reasonable price. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Were also able to seat a large group of us earlier than our reservation time. Large portions of delicious food. Would recommend.
First time visit to this restaurant, and boy was I impressed. Excellent tasty food, feels like the ingredients are sourced well and gives the fresh taste to the food. The mixed starter is a recommended choice for starters, and this gives you excellent way of what's to come taste wise for your main meal which did not disappoint in any way. Service fast , and very good ambience inside , very nice people in the restaurant eating , no people ruining the atmosphere, even though this was a Saturday night!!!!!! The only minor point was that the furniture as you enter could be replaced as it's looking tired, but please believe me this did not detract from an excellent restaurant it is and I will be returning as soon as I possibly can. Would recommend 100 per cent.

Amazing, phenomenal flavours. Absolutely superb in every way. The service was equally as brilliant and more than accommodated any of our requests. I really can't speak anymore highly of Mt Everest and will be a must frequent whenever we visit Derby. Well done guys.
Hidden gem in Derby. Traditional Nepalese food served by Nepali people. Very tasty and generous portions for both starters and mains. I’d definitely recommend it!
This is my forth visit to Mount Everest I find the food here very good and I look forward to returning very soon
