Ordered online to pick up. It was really simple and they gave me the exact time to collect.
I ordered but then went in to change the spice to peri flamer as it’s not actually on the menu list but should be… it delicious (hot and bbq marinade)
Unfortunately they were out of quite a few sauces and marinades the lovely gentleman at the front desk was really accommodating and let me know straight away
I returned about 20mins later to collect -
The food was nice and hot but they did forget the butter for my corn and the napkins

Came here on my own for tea around 4.30pm as my car was being serviced in a nearby garage. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was shown to my seat where it was explained I could order through an app by scanning the QR code on the table. This I did. The food came quickly was was hot and fresh with great flavours. The restaurant was clean and the decor and music was nice. I would come back again.
Delicious food, freshly prepared and piping hot. Typical service.
I absolutely love nandos, but I don't like when the waitress comes and asks if everything is OK, obviously is something would be wrong we would go and tell the staff, but when you are having your meal and someone is there asking questions your are looking at them with mouth full of chicken and nodding your head - just leave me to enjoy my meal in quiet and peace and I'll leave my reviews later..
Staff were quick and friendly. Had to make an amendment to my order and they were happy to oblige. Food was just as you would expect if you love Nandos! Brilliant. Very clean too
It was our first time visiting Nandos since pre-covid and what an experience to be given. We were given a really warm, friendly welcome and taken to a nice spot near the window. Clean, music not too loud and a great chilled atmosphere. The food was delicious (albeit expensive as expected) and arrived in good time. Would definitely stop here again if we were in the area.
Popped in on the way back from Wales for lunch, straight in no messing, no fuss. Lovely food and good service from friendly staff.
Food was spot on, staff was lovely , even gave us free desserts at the end due to them forgetting about our order , but they rectified the mistake in the end . Would go again

Came in around 21:30 on 31st January for some takeaway and was greeted by some lovely staff even though they were about to close soon.
Food was good and service was even better, especially from Annabelle and another staff member with pink hair, who got everything for me and went the extra mile for hot sauce.
Love the hallulmi cheese sticks, and the chicken is pretty good and it's just like a party in my mouth! So good drinks, make me hyper and stay awake so I'm not sleeping on the table 😂, yummy peri peri sauce, cast a rainbow in my throat making it a dream! I recommend that you can rate me helpful, and nandos has fit sauces btw ❤️
Food was snappy and arrived quickly. The app ordering is certainly easier and more convenient than waiting in a queue of people who’ve forgotten what their family and friends actually asked for!
It’s a nice place but does have a bit of a canteen vibe, a bit noisy and there’s dust everywhere as the decorations are so high none of the staff seem to reach. That or they’re too small to see it’s dusty to begin with, I hate being 6ft 8 sometimes!
