Food, service, atmosphere and price were all excellent!
We had a mixed starter each, prawn crackers, a prawn Red Thai Curry, a Beef Thai Red Curry, sticky rice, spring onion noodles, a chocolate brownie and chocolate orange spring rolls all for £50. All of it was delicious!!
The Thai curries were gorgeous, fresh, fragrant and with a great kick. There was enough for two plate fulls each, even splitting the rice and noodles. The pineapple and aubergine were a lovely addition to the curries, they balanced the spice of the curry very well.
The starters consisted of prawn toast, crispy spring rolls, prawns in filo pastry, Thai fish cakes, crispy wontons, chicken satay and shredded cabbage served with 3 dipping sauces, sweet chilli, a lemon syrup and a ginger flavoured dip. All complemented the starters perfectly.
The real treat at the end were the chocolate orange spring rolls. They were so good! The vanilla ice cream was tasty and very flavoursome.
Add to this that you can take your own alcohol without paying corkage and you're onto a winner. We dined on 2 bottles of ASDA Cava and Prossecco for just £10.
I can't fault the place at all. 3 courses of beautiful food, drink and a great intimate atmosphere for a grand total of £60. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely meal,portions were large and food tasted delicious,The staff were lovely and kept a birthday cake 🎂 cool for us and brought it in with plates and spoons .we took our own wine and were given glasses.
All the extra work of washing the plates and glasses were much appreciated.

Called here for the first time this evening for a takeaway. I got to Denton a bit too early so had to wait for their opening time of 17:30 but I am so glad that I did wait. Great friendly service and attention from the staff and absolutely amazing food. I ordered the Prawn Tom Yum soup and the Chicken Thai Green Curry with Sticky Rice. Truly amazing quality and the taste was absolutely sublime. Blue Sapphire - you have a new regular customer in me. Cannot wait to return and would wholly recommend with pleasure.
I visited here this evening for the first time with my family, what a lovely place to eat, staff was very friendly from the minute we arrived & right up until we left, they was also very helpful in giving advice about different dishes. The food was amazing & very tasty! Service was fantastic! Would highly recommend & will certainly be visiting again! Thank you �

We are a family of 8 that had dinner on 2/1/18.
Food was magnificent, large portions, all freshly prepared and amazing presentation.
The were so helpful and understanding regarding my nut allergy and told me exactly what I could and couldn't have.

Bish, bash, bosh. Well, it was anniversary time, so we decided to try somewhere that's been on the radar for a while Blue Sapphire Thai Cuisine in Denton. I'll start off by saying parking for any of the Denton restaurants is a nightmare!
Anyway got there at opening time and got a table before the inevitable rush. Drinks ordered, two mocktails as they don't serve alcohol, but you can bring your own for a corkage fee. The drinks were great though, very fresh and tasty.
We ordered the starters and shared the mixed platter and I had a bowl of Tom Kha Gai, and both were absolutely superb. Again, super fresh, great tastes and bang on.
Mains were vegetarian Pad Thai and Tamarind duck with egg fried rice. Both dishes absolutely smashed it out of the park. The duck was especially worth a mention as it's easy to make a mess of it, but no, they didn't here.
Anyway, overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5. Only deducting a star because the dessert choices as my other half said, were utterly tragic.
A rehash of the dessert menu offering items like Thai mango sticky rice or coconut pudding etc would get that extra star.
Try it, you won't be disappointed. 🤜🏻🤛🏻
We had my brother’s 30th birthday here and the staff were amazing! They let us put banners up and they brought the cake out with candles, plates etc.
The food was excellent and we were all happy with our meals. Highly recommend.
Ordered a takeaway here for the first time. Lovely food, fresh and tasty. The only negative is the takeaway prices are the same as eating in. The pad Thai was delicious and reasonable price,however, the pad khee Mao was priced the same but was only a small portion that needed a side dish so was quite pricey. I would recommend eating in but not as a takeaway as seems a little overpriced for the portion size.
The best authentic Thai food in Manchester!! We go here all the time food is exceptional and the staff are really friendly.
The flavours of each dish we tried was absolutely phenomenal and flavoursome, very authentic taste! Pad krapow with rice and also the noodle was amazing and the pad prik poa was so tasty and spicy I loved every bite. I cannot wait to try other dishes! The gentlemen who served us was al very knowledgeable and helped us with picking our dish so thank you for a great day my family loved the whole experience 👍
Food was amazing. Great price and you can also take your own alcohol. So saved on that aswell. Staff very friendly and great service with a smile :)

It is such a lovely place! The staff is very welcoming and takes a great cares ofvits customer. The food is delicious and it is a very good value for money! This is one of the best Thai place I have been to so far. Would definitely go back and recommend as well.
The food was amazing, loved how you can make the food as spicy as you want. The service was brilliant, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is pretty small but is also quite cosy, but the bigger table is right infront of the door, considering many people have big meals here, this table is probably used quite frequently; this makes any on that table pretty chilly, and smell the smoke from people outside.
Beautiful tasty food nice portion sizes and friendly staff. Flavours and spice is perfect the best Thai place in Tameside I have been too.
