Excellent service this afternoon at Five Lane Ends. Dont often have subways but asked for the old sandwich I used to get (Chicken Pizziola) which is now obsolete. Young girl who served me with blonde hair - very helpful and made it anyway for me and put it through as Deli Meats with Chicken. Great service and attitude throughout.
I was served by a lovely young lady called Charlotte or Charlie (I can’t remember). She said she was recently new to the store, but she was amazing! I struggle with my speech due to a disability and she was extremely patient and she showed no judgment to me at all. She was chatty and overall a credit to the team there. The food was lovely and fresh tasting and I was not rushed while being served.
Tasty as ever and descent coffee.
Only 4 stars as drinks machine down so meal deal cost was increased to cover price of a bottled drink.
ordered via the subway app. Unfortunately, slight mix up with one of the orders. They offered to replace and deliver to me. This is what customer service is all about. Food was excellent as well.
