Perfect stop, in picturesque village just 20 mins from Heathrow Airport. Food was superb and friendly service was excellent. I highly recommend stopping here rather than eating at the airport hotel!!

A great traditional pub, easy going and relaxed with just the right level of professionalism. Great selection of food and drink prepared to a very high standard. Would I go again? Without a shadow of a doubt!

Had a cracking meal at The Green Man in Denham village. Good food and the service was first class which is a novelty these days. Under new management and it shows.

Nothing short of super! A delightful discovery, wandering around the area, almost literally at the end of the road, so it was a delicious journey's end.

Had an very delicious Sunday lunch with great ciders and gin and tonics - including a suggested grapefruit gin which was absolutely perfect in the sun. The staff were very attentive - making sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious with great portion sizes. Definitely will come back regularly for my Sunday roast.

The bread and olives was divine, the Sunday roast mouthwatering and the Eaton Mess was excellent. The company was as always brilliant, lots of laughs and an all round wonderful Sunday afternoon spent. So thank you to Cheri and the team for looking after us.

The welcome was brilliant in this nice location pub,it had a lovely warmth about it. When we got there 5.45pm. First time visit plus it was there pub quiz night Tue 8pm but we arrived without booking and the lad was friendly and got us a table for us 3 and the lady's who served us was all very nice. Knowing that she was from my local area as well. Food was fantastic too. Thank you all 👍🏻

Spotting Denham village on an old TV programme about World War 2, I thought I'd go and see if the village had changed much. We Went to the Green Man pub in the village and found the food, staff and ambiance were great. We sat out in the garden on one of 2023's rare warm days. The village is beautiful with every other house draped in flowering wisteria. There are 3 pubs close to each other, all look worth a visit, so we will back to soak up this charming village's Englishness. Besides the ridiculous amount of cars parked up, the village looks like it hasn't changed in over 100 years!

Nice covered large area in the back which was great for our large group. Food was fine, nothing to write home about. I had the sea bass & didn't think the combo was great (clementine salsa, with skin up fish on pickled cucumber, salty crab ball). The gents didn't enjoy the burger much. Cousins said the chicken sandwich & salmon salad were nice. Rhubarb crumble was enjoyable. Sticky toffee was very very dense, almost like a Christmas fruit pudding. Service was pretty poor from 1 person unfortunately - a gentleman server with salt & pepper hair in a black polo wasn't very kind & was a bit snippy to an elderly family member. Village is nice and the back area so I'd come back for a pint.

Visited for dinner during the week. Ordered the burger with chips and chicken and mushroom pie. Burger was very large and thick, cooked well and very tasty. Chips were very good and crisp. Came with coleslaw, which was a bit heavy on mayonnaise. Chicken and mushroom pie was fantastic. Seasoned well and hot. Great atmosphere and employees made suggestions for beers. We first tried to stop by on a very hot day when they closed the kitchen, one of the employees helped point us to an easily walkable area with food options. Very helpful.

Sunday roast in the summer - we were in the garden with our dog which is covered. Food was excellent. Service was friendly and quick... But we were in just before the rush. I feel a pub like this should have a wider range of eclectic ales but beers on offer were fine.

Had a superb lunch here on Tuesday afternoon with 3 clients and 2 directors of my company recycle DNC Ltd , the food was Devine and excellent service from all the staff couldn’t fault anything from the liver and bacon to the fish and chips or burgers hence why I have just booked again to go this Sunday to try their Sunday roast with my partner and my mum . You won’t be disappointed it quality all round

Overall, a really nice experience. Quite surprised to have to give a card to the host to dine. Menu was OK, (few gluten free options) but we landed on some items while enjoying an inexpensive decent Rioja and some Rebellion beer. Things got interesting when our starter arrived; really well-seasoned fried cauliflower with a creditable chilli sauce and lovely mint-dressed salad. Tasted waaay better than the menu description and really got our attention. Then wifey enjoyed a huge, crispy chunk of pork belly over some wilted spinach on lightly-truffled chive mash with a nice jus to moisten and season everything up. The chorizo jam was delicious and totally elevated the dish. I enjoyed my fresh sole fillet served over nice roasted asparagus and new potatoes in a creamy seafood sauce. Not really dessert eaters, nothing really noteworthy so we enjoyed some sorbet. Overall it was decent value for money and we will definitely return, the fish and chips flying out of the kitchen looked awesome. Josh was a friendly host and I’d recommend the food.

Good quaint pub, good portion to the food and very good service from the young man who served us, car parking outside the pub can be a pain as limited spaces but can be lucky and get one if willing to wait or do a bit of walking. The place has some outside seating in the back of the establishment, which would be nice on a warm day

I booked a day before before and wanted to go to The Swan Inn but, they had no space. We had visited The Green Man before and when I called the gentleman said he needed to check if they had a table, he came back and said they did. I asked if they had a turnaround time, they did 1.5hrs, which I wasn't too keen on. He said don't worry you can stay for 2 hours. However, they didn't make us vacate and we were there for 2.5hrs. I'm not liking the turnaround time restrictions being imposed; when you go out for a meal you don't want to be rushes, especially as you can't have a drink now. I'm so glad we chose The Green Man, the staff were fantastic, so friendly, it had a lovely atmosphere in the place. We had to ask for water 4 times before we actually got it but, the staff were so lovely, I didn't mind. The homemade fish pie was delicious, it's one of the best I've had. My partner really enjoyed his burger. The only reason for 4 stars because they didn't have a great dessert selection, it was very disappointing. We will definitely be back.
