Came upon this little gem of a place while out around the countryside. Staff very welcoming as soon as we walked in. Didn't need to book and was given a nice corner booth to sit in. Love the decor of this place, lots of wood and very warm and cosy. Open beams and an amazing show of the mill parts
Fantastic meal, and fantastic service, what an amazing place
Had a wedding party here was amazing food was spot on wonderful staff had a really good day
We had the take away sharer box which was really tasty. Everything was upto the usual great standards.
Had a wonderful night for Taids 70th birthday, the staff are amazing and Made his day very special. We live in Ruthin and will certainly be back, gorgeous food, my dad said the meal was the best ever and my son said the gravy was better than nains!
Great food for a family, good choice of homely dishes and friendly service
Lovely meal for ten. We were on a square table that allowed for good conversation across all elements of the party. We all had three courses of good food, which to be honest was too much. Mushroom starter was excellent. Steak and mushroom pie appeared to be from a pot with random flake pastry on top
Beautiful setting next to the river. Would be lovely to sit outside in warmer weather however I visited in a chilly March afternoon. Not sure if they do a pensioner surcharge offer on a Wednesday but there was certainly an awful lot of pensioners dining. The seating opposite the bar wasn't very comf
Called in for a meal on the way back to Liverpool from holiday in Wales. Found the staff very welcoming and friendly. Food was brilliant and great value for money. Had our little dog with us and he got a nice fresh iced bowl of water to cool him down in the hot weather. Will be back again as soon as
The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.
I had the lamb and I didn't want it to end!! My wife had the sea bass and said it was fantastic, my nine year old had the vegetarian Wellington and she cleared the plate in minutes.
We would definitely recommend The Brookhouse Mill and we will be
Friendly and polite staff. Excellent service and very nice food. Well worth a visit.
Overall was a nice experience, felt it was well organised and safe. Staff were attentive and polite, service was prompt, food was ok, steak was cooked like I asked, which is rare (pardon the pun) when you go out to eat these days, Eton mess was so nice only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was t
The staff were great and the food was lovely. Weather was fab so apart from it being a bit warm when we were sat eating, couldn't fault the meal. Well priced and overall a great visit. Will go back again.
Had a birthday meal here on 26/06/21 with my family outside the restaurant weather was good thankfully. Food was excellent. Got to go again as one of my friends and boss gave me a gift voucher for my birthday
We didn't book a table in advance, but we're shown to a quiet table for two by friendly staff. There was a good selection on the menu to choose from. Good, prompt service with a pleasant smile goes a long way. Thanks.
Nice pint and lovely meal , young barman needs training on pulling a Guinness, poured in one fill without the settle and top up which is expected these days , well worth a visit though .
