Love the breakfast deals here, we will often come to grab food before a road trip. The cheesy egg omelette is delicious! Staff are always lovely and the shop is always well stocked, clean and tidy. I recommend Gregg's to a lot of my friends now as they've really come up with their food quality!

This is a lovely little local Greggs offering a great selection of breakfast, lunch and snacks/treats! Their vegan sausage rolls are superb and the staff here are always so friendly.
Love greggs, and always hear people moaning about cold food. THEY DON'T ADVERTISE HOT FOOD. They advertise freshly cooked, and will always cook something for you if you are prepared to either wait or come back in 15minutes. The cabinet is not heated, it's just a light. And greggs used to be a bakers, they are now classed as food on the go, but do have a limited amount of bread. Always found the staff more than helpful and shop is always clean and tidy.
If you like Gregg's then you like Gregg's, so no surprises for me this morning. A bacon roll and an Americano for £2.50 made me smile, however the cleanliness of the toilet did not! You let yourselves down there Greggs, Team Loughton.

Wonderful staff - so helpful and friendly
My wife and I patronise this Greggs when we visit mother in law who lives in sheltered accommodation up the road. Travelling from Ipswich we cannot be sure what time we will arrive so we always visit this branch of Greggs for refreshment before arriving at mother in laws 'on time'.
We are always made welcome and I can remember in the past that Maria has made my wife a particular baguette when they have run out of them when we return for a second time the same day for lunch. At breakfast Maria asked when we had travelled from and I advised Ipswich. Apparently she used to live here a few years ago but has subsequently moved back to Essex with her husband. At lunchtime Anna was very kind and suggested that if I liked Butterscotch I might like to try the one of the fancy doughnuts. I have not had a doughnut this decade so decided to give it a try. What a recommendation. Well done to both Maria and Anna, you displayed 100% customer service and Greggs must be proud of you. Congratulations to you both. We look forward to meeting you both again next month.
