Great location for access to the Lakes and at a really good price! The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was huge and had two shower head options available, and there was a good quality hair dryer provided in the room. The attention to detail was just fantastic. We had a lovely evening meal in the pub downstairs - the belly pork was delicious. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Came recommended and deservedly so. The food was absolutely delicious and could not fault anything. Presentation beautiful. Will definitely be going again and would recommend it to anyone. The two members of staff we saw waiting on us were also lovely and attentive.

We stayed here a couple of months ago and were knocked out. The room was stunning. Huge, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were great, and steak pie was, quite honestly, the best I’ve had anywhere. We would definitely stay again, except we stayed here when buying a house, so in a few weeks, it’ll be our local!

The place itself is a beautifully renovated and well appointed building with tastefully decorated rooms. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic with a rustic but modern design and the food is also very well thought out with modern twists on classic dishes. But what made it for us was the staff. They could not have been friendlier and more enthusiastic and made us feel more than welcome. Thank you to all of you who made our stay as perfect as it could possibly be. Well done all of you!

We've had three lovely meals from The Old Mill. The service is great, the food is faultless and the setting is lovely. Lots of parking outside and a lovely place to sit outside if there's nice weather. The price of the food is on average with most other places locally, the drinks are slightly on the expensive side and the vegetarian options are very limited, but all in all we really enjoyed our experience - also it's lovely to see the owner/manager always there and ready to chat, he obviously cares a lot about the business and it shows.

Didn't stay over, but had a drink one evening and went back the next evening for a meal. Fantastic both times. Risotto, lamb, sticky toffee pudding, bread, dips, cheesecake... All cooked to perfect. Excellent service. Small beer garden next to the river for nice days. Beer garden and bars dog-friendly. Think we've found our new local!

Attended today and what a fabulous renovation the new owners have done! Tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style, the service and food were impeccable! What a lovely night we both had here and we would definitely recommend- I had the Risotto and the Dark chocolate mousse and both delicious! Well done to the team we will be back!

Visited the Old Mill on the 15th September with a group of old school friends. Service was excellent, surrounding excellent, decor excellent and food amazing. Nothing was a problem from booking the table to booking another table for our group at Christmas. Well done the Old Mill and its staff.

This newly refurbished bar and accommodation is simply the best. The quality of the finish across everything was superb. From the super comfy beds to the décor and even the bathrooms were in immaculate condition. One of the best places I have stayed, great value for money and highly recommended to anyone. I also loved that the bar was below, which was well equipped, serving great food and an all-round great atmosphere. I will certainly be back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most incredible pub I have ever encountered - an experience that truly exceeded all expectations! This hidden gem, nestled in charming little Dearham, offers so much more than your typical pub experience. Let's start with the ensuite rooms - they are simply breathtaking! The attention to detail is evident, from the tasteful décor to the luxurious amenities. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and exude a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The ensuite bathrooms are a delight with modern fixtures and plush towels. I felt like I was staying at a high-end boutique hotel! Not to mention the phenomenally comfortable beds. But the true highlight of this establishment is its incredible food and service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like royalty. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to cater to my every need. Their genuine passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction, making me feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food - an absolute gastronomic delight! The pub's menu is a perfect balance of classic pub fare and inventive culinary creations. Each dish is crafted with care, showcasing locally sourced, fresh ingredients bursting with flavors. I found myself indulging in their dishes throughout my stay, and every meal was a delightful surprise to my taste buds. Whether it was their perfectly cooked steaks, their mouthwatering seafood, or their delectable vegetarian options, every dish left me wanting more. The pub's ambiance is also worth mentioning - a perfect blend of charm and sophistication. Whether you want to enjoy a casual drink at the bar or savor a romantic dinner in the elegant dining area, the atmosphere sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. During my stay, I also had the opportunity to explore the local area, and the pub's location is a gateway to breathtaking countryside/lakes and picturesque landscapes. It's the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. In conclusion, this pub with its amazing ensuite rooms, incredible food, and exceptional service deserves every bit of praise. It's a rare find that sets a new standard for pubs with accommodation. I cannot recommend this place enough - it's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit
