I can't resist a good doughnut and they are doing magic with theirs. The cherry bakewell was delicious and stuffed with real cherry pieces. Unfortunately I talked myself out of ordering two flavours- it's probably my only regret in life.

I contacted 3 bakeries asking about their vegan options and The Lane was the only one to respond. They had 3 options so we purchased two of them and they were fab. Would be lovely if they had space to sit in to enjoy a cuppa and a cake
An up market cake shop, where the cakes do look spectacular and the cup cakes and brownies look good too. Would recommend sharing the brownies between 2 as a whole one can get sickly. It is more expensive than the norm and I think in general they're probably worth it.
