This is a lovely little place with huge pizzas and a great family atmosphere. The chips were also five star. Good coffee. And all the desserts five star. I recommend the beekeeper which is honeycomb ice-cream and ginger. Absolutely delicious. Of course children love the bunny pizza!
The food here is always great. We’ve struggled to find a better Italian than this place. I would advise booking ahead as it’s only a small restaurant and it fills up quickly. Well worth the visit!
Fabulous restaurant, delicious freshly cooked food, lovely atmosphere and great service. So glad we discovered this goldmine! Superb choices for vegans and us non-vegans too!

Very good food, fantastic service with warm, inviting friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.
The restaurant very kindly changed our day of booking and squeezed us in for an early dinner. The staff were very hospitable throughout our dinner and always checked in on us and amended our orders according to our taste and preferences.
The garlic foccia and pizza bread doughs were outstanding! They had a look a lovely texture, flavour and were impressive on the eye. The toppings also tasted fantastic, we particularly enjoyed the goats cheese, caramelised onion spinach combination. The lasagne tasted nice and was a great portion size, although their was a lack of bechamel sauce and the sauce wasn't as rich and deep in flavour as other pasta dishes. The pea and shallot ravioli had beautifully handmade pasta delicately filled with a delicious vegetable filling with a sauce that was to die for.
They also a very wide selection of desserts. The selection of cannolis had a nice crisp exterior and the fillings all tasted good. The range of gelatos we ordered all tasted fabulous, however it had more of an ice cream texture than a smooth gelato one. The blood orange sorbet special was outstanding though. The brownie was rich and delicious.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the wonderful array of Italian food Margheritas had on offer. I would love to award 5 stars, however the gelato and lasagne just let it down a little. Despite this, the staff were fantastic and it was the best service I've received at a restaurant. I will definitely be visiting again and I hope to award it a 5 star on my next trip.
An absolutely faultless dining experience! From the charming restaurant to the food itself, just amazing. Our waiter was also really delightful and friendly! We will be back and we will be bringing additional diners!
Just back from a wonderful evening with delicious food at Margheritas. I had the biggest pizza I have ever seen which was amazing and there was a great choice of vegan options included on the menu. Such a lovely treat!

The whole atmosphere is great.
They helped by doing a half and half pizza so if you're stuck on choice you can hedge your bets
I like that they serve cold water on arrival.. They do have morretti beer on tap. I much prefer this to bottled beer as it's often better chilled
The olives were nice and pitted too.
The pizzas were a really good size and had the perfect soft middle to crisp crust for every slice.. you get your own slicer which I like.
I had a limoncello tiramisu which I had never seen before. Very nice with an illy espresso

My son and I love this restaurant. We always visit if we're in Deal together. The food is excellent and good value. The service is friendly and accommodating. The traditional Italian canolli are a lovely treat to take away for later.
We had a fantastic dinner, so many vegan options to choose from. The pumpkin and sage tortellini was so tasty. The service was attentive. I wish we didn't live so far away do we could come again!

It's a lovely Italian restaurant. Authentic Italian food, a cosy atmosphere... Great service by the waiters and waitresses. I've been going there since it opened and it's never let me down. Always a nice time.
Their bunny rabbit shaped pizza for kids is a nice novelty too. Even better if it's a surprise and the kids don't know that's how it's coming out on the plate.
This was a great experience. The pizza I had was immense and genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. I had the two courses for £16.90 and chose a starter and a main. There was no room left for a third course. They really look after children - £7.50 for a 3 course children’s meal and £1.50 for exactly the same if they are under 3. I couldn’t fault this place. The staff were great too.
This little pizzeria was truly unexpected. The waiter was very welcoming and the pizzas truly good. The vegan pizza (VeScotland) was actually amazing (I picked the most daring and I was really surprised -in a very good way).

Good quality freshly made pizzas. Fantastic taste, toppings to the edge and a nice light base. Staff pleasant, polite and attentive. Collection order and ready in 10mins. Only criticism was it was a little oily but that was mainly from the pepperoni topping. Would definitely revisit and recommend
