Visited several times now. Ice cream is lush. Tubs to take away so bring your cool box. Good general cafe menu. Campsite with good showers, several walks to do across the fields. 2 pubs in walking distance though the Solleys pub is open Friday Sat Sunday, just fizzy draught beer ATM, we gave guidance on the size of head, a hand pump is installed ready for the good stuff!

Fantastic if you love ice cream like we do. It also does all day breakfasts, panini’s,jacket potatoes, etc, but their ice cream and sundae’s are absolutely delicious. There are so many flavours to choose from from Vanilla to Turkish Delight, Salted Caramel, Rum and Raisin and my all time favourite Black Forest and that’s just a view. They also do sorbet and vegan ice cream too!! Eat in, take home, cone or tub it’s up to you! It is a definite must for all ice cream lovers.

Solley's ice cream is an absolute delight! Their Wild Strawberry & Cream flavour is the perfect mix of creamy sweetness and tangy fruitiness that makes it the ultimate treat for a hot summer's day. What's just as impressive is their impeccable delivery service that ensures the ice cream arrives fresh and frozen to The Oval Kiosk in Cliftonville. Whether you're in visiting Margate or taking a walk along the Viking Trail, Solley's ice cream is a must-try at The Oval Bandstand & Lawns. Their commitment to using only the best locally-sourced ingredients and traditional techniques is evident in every scoop. I highly recommend this ice cream to anyone looking for a delicious and refreshing treat.

Arrived here during the week, there was not much of a wait to get my ice cream but it was nearer the end of the day. Ice cream Sundays where really good; good customer service, good display of the ice cream and good portion. If it was any bigger, it would have put me in a sugar coma. The tables where not the steadiest but did the job I guess. This is one the many places recommend to visit in Kent.

Fantastic place for all ages . Stopped for cup of tea in Ice Cream Parlour whilst husband and grandson went on a tractor ride around farm and beyond. Thoroughly enjoyed walking through the maze of maize got lost a couple of times but great fun . Had to answer questions correctly to guide you through. Grandson found all the pictures of the missing cows and was rewarded with a lollipop. Ice cream wow!!! Outstanding best I have ever tasted , tried coconut and added scoop of banana delicious. Wonderful experience , staff were excellent and place was very clean . So pleased we were able to visit the farm again this year obviously due to Covid-19 circumstances have changed at the farm . Great care has been taken to Keep us all safe sitting area is now away from parlour and on camping site . Tractor rides this only for people in a bubble still made no difference we had a great time with our family and grandchildren. Coffee was hot and creamy while we were waiting for lady tractor driver to arrive . To end our trip visit to the parlour and walk though the maize . Visited the farm for the last time this year good excuse to buy a delicious ice cream 🍨 We will be back in the new year

Took the dog walking the fields in upper Walmer and she decided it was time to revisit lovely Solleys ice cream farm (with small caravan park and tractor rides) although short staffed service was friendly, polite and helpful. Coffee and homemade carrot cake with a scoop of ice cream and water for the dog (allowed inside on her lead) were good. Took a tub of ice cream away. Food to feed the ducks Another enjoyable visit. Thank you to the team.
