Absolutely stunning location & beautiful inside out. Food highly recommend in mine & my partners mines. I'm vegan & the chef made me a lovely starter & main course. My partner had rib eye in his opinion one of the best he'd had. We would definitely recommend x

We held my mum's 80th birthday lunch here on 3 rd of September there was 30 of us everything was wonderful from the staff to the food we all really enjoyed our meals and the staff bent over backwards to make it special thanks so much mum had a wonderful time we will all be back xx

Charming country pub, with a lovely garden. Food was tasty and very reasonable, but for me, what stood out was the great service and the charm of the place. Excellent facilities for families. Will definitely be returning X
Great family pub will cook to sort all food allergies with prior notice, it's our go to pub, nice kids play area outside and has a lovely converted Barn to cater for Weddings, the staff are polite and helpful �����
Attended the charity helicopter flight on Sunday 8th April where £4000 was raised for the Thanet RSPCA branch! Fantastic day. Enjoyed the flight and had a very tasty lunch after. Great atmosphere 👍
Staff and food are amazing and with the sun shining I could even take the kids into the garden and play. Best thing is the amazing puddings.

This was an amazing place to stay. We were looked after so well, the food was cooked to perfection! We had booked for one night and upon arrival booked a second night. It is within easy reach of a lot of coastal towns, we will definitely be returning :-)
Never been here before and was very pleased that we called in for lunch. A very nice pub with a nice welcome. The food was excellent and I really do recommend the place. Nice garden, plenty of seating, good sized car park.
Absolutely wonderful place, celebrating my step daughters 16th and my little brothers 27th birthday! Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, food was lovely, and the atmosphere was very chilled.
They even put up the bouncy castle that had been deflated, when the children asked. I felt I could let them in the garden and they were safe, while we finished our food, we could still see them outside.
Went for lunch here, and was very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the delicious food on offer. The service was faultless and the food stunning. Spent a little more than usual but, it was certainly well worth it! Highly recommend you give it a go.
Lovely meal but a bit pricy for the portion sizes. Didn't like the watercress garnish, I thought they could have given us a bit of salad, in view of the cost of a steak dinner? Other than that, it was a great meal.
Such a find!!!. What a place to visit it has a bouncy castle and a play park for the kids, the food was plenty and a resealable price.

A massive thank you to the Restaurant manager I'm so sorry I did not get your name but you sir are Fantastic nothing was a problem and when my sons dinner came out and he instantly changed his mind you not only understood you calmed him down and came to him twice letting him know how his new dinner was doing such care and attention goes so far with parents and you never stopped smiling and the young waiting staff we both very polite and attentive as well thank you Crown team we will definitely be back.
Lovely rooms and welcoming pub with good food. Had a great weekend stay. Breakfast was awesome. Loved the landlady's sense of humour. Highly recommended.
We didn’t stay at the Crown, but we had a lovely dinner there. Food was excellent and nicely presented. A little candle was kindly added as a surprise to my wife’s birthday. Just lovely.
We had a lovely meal here with our little one and my grandparents. The outside play was perfect for little one to explore and burn some energy, with benches and some novel seating available. We had a nice table situated inside to eat - the service was good with friendly staff, but most importantly the food was delicious. We each had the three courses menu for Sunday lunch, and each course was well presented and tasted amazing. Reasonable pricing/ same as other restaurants. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning.
Such a thoroughly delicious meal. All 3 courses were cooked to perfection and the staff went over and above to help. Not an easy table to look after having a vegan, vegetarian and coeliac to cater for but nothing was any trouble. Fantastic garden too. Thanks The Crown, I’ll see you again soon for my birthday celebrations!
