This is a quaint tea room with excellent service and delicious food. It is a very popular establishment and so gets very busy. Very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

Had a wonderful Cream Tea here in the early afternoon! Atmosphere is on point, as are the tea sets :) The scones were deliciously crumbly as well. I'm sure I'd be here all the time if I lived a bit closer

First time visit last week, however will definitely return when in the area. Sandwiches were excellent (home cooked ham from the bone in particular) served with home made coleslaw, again extremely tasty. Fabulous selection of home made cakes (particularly the traditional coffee and walnut), too many to choose from so took additional take away for later! The tea room is very cosy and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

If you're looking for some traditional afternoon tea and you're in Deal, I'd totally recommend this place. We entered and asked for the traditional afternoon tea, but was told that we would need to pre order as it was busy... But they were very accomodating and made us an afternoon tea with some of the regular sandwiches and cakes, so very much appreciated it. Staff were very friendly and the scones were quite possibly the best I've ever had! The only downside was that the seating area is quite small (apparently they have a garden as well, but didn't see that) and it could probably do with putting menu in the window as there was a lot of people popping in to find out what they were serving.

Only small but excellent cafe to have tea and cake. Good selection of teas on offer as well as some very tasty cake. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in Deal.

I have been to Little Harriettes Deal Kent many times. For me every time has been top shelf. Give it a try you may find like I did, it's one of the best tea rooms for miles.

Amazing experience - stumbled across Harriett's by chance and it's my new fav coffee shop. Lovely welcome, well above average standard food and a beautiful venue. Ps - the cakes are lush! Thank you for the delightful afternoon (sorry if you closed late for us!).

A lovely little tea shop. A variety of teas available in lovely China crockery. Lovely light meals for breakfast or lunch are popular. The scones and cakes are divine. A very good selection of homemade cakes on offer but you can have them on a take away basis. The staff are super friendly. This has quickly become a favourite haunt of mine.

Perfect little tea room run by 2 special guys Martin and Jay. All home made food, luscious cakes, wholesome unusual lunches and afternoon teas a speciality. Perfect place for a special 90 year old's vintage tea party.

Fabulous toasted sandwiches. Cakes are incredibly moist (we all loved the Coffee & Walnut, Cherry & Marzipan and Toffee)! Harriet's tea blend is also very more-ish. Our milkshake and sundae eaters also gave a huge thumbs up. Also have a range of gluten free options. Staff are also so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this little spot.

Had a lovely afternoon tea delivered to my door. The best afternoon tea I have ever had (and I’ve had more than my fair share). It was Lovely and fresh, tasty and just the right amount. Perfect. What a lovely service. To be able to have such a delicious spread delivered straight to your door in these miserable times is priceless. It brought a smile to my face. I will have to spread the love (safe distancing rules adhered to obviously) and send a box to a friend. Happy to support this excellent local business. No complaints and a well deserved 5 stars.
