I was in the village from 2013 until 2018. Pub changed hands a few times. Well, from now, the pub is excellent. New bar maid is excellent. Been a few times. It's nice to see the pub in good hands. They have redone the decor and it looks good. Staff is friendly. Thanks. Huge change
I arrived here late in the evening and the welcoming, friendliness and warmth of the atmosphere was so heartfelt, I felt immediately at at home somewhere I had never been before!

5 of us had a lovely Sunday roast meal, a good size and our dog got one too, really friendly staff and dog's, all old fashioned looking inside.

Good meal for four. Decided to try their brand new menu. Did not disappoint. Four different dishes were good. Excellent Malbec wine too.
Friendly staff and cosy restaurant room. Only minor gripe: food was a little long coming but maybe because we didn't have starters.

Charming country pub with wonderfully welcoming staff and clientele, and is really dog friendly. The comfortable dining area is separate from the pub and there is an enclosed outside area, which is great for younger kids and dogs alike.

Had a lovely meal, one of the party had a special diet that was well catered for and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent service , Excellent fresh food . Will defiantly be returning .
