This is one of my favourite pub restaurants to go to. I consider myself lucky to live within a walking distance of it. As someone who is fussy about melted cheese this is the only restaurant besides domino’s and Pizza Hut that I’ll order pizza from, it’s always great. The burgers are wonderful, fantastic chicken curries and a good selection of drinks to top it off. Favourite. Restaurant. Ever.
Good food, great beer. Not much else you could want from a pub visit! Chips were hot and crispy too which is a big thing for me so well done 👌
This is continuing to be a great family pub, with a fantastic atmosphere. The now not so new manager is welcoming and really doing well with this place. The staff are also quick and efficient at their job and the days of waiting ages to get served are long gone!! A nice local pub once more
I recently visited the Queen of Hearts pub in Daventry. This is probably my 5th visit. It's a decent pub with interesting interior decor. They have outdoor tables and a playground for kids, and the place is pet-friendly. The drinks and food were good, our table was a bit sticky... Don’t want to be mean but the staff seemed a bit tired and not very friendly, but overall, it's a good pub in Daventry that I would recommend checking out.
I remember going to this pub back in the early 2000s and as a kid loved it, in the back there used to be a massive kids play area which has now turned into a extended dining area, now that I have kids I do miss the play area as I would have loved my son to have the good memories I had. Back when the place first opened I have memories of there being an outrun arcade machine something else that has now gone.
As for the food, it's average pub grub, nothing to complain about there.

There was a lot of us so you expect a few mistakes but I can honestly say it all went so well everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were very helpful and happy which makes the whole experience better. Thank you for a great birthday meal for my daughter 5*
Lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed it so much, we have booked our Christmas Day Dinner at the Queen of Hearts.
I had not had a proper pub dinner in twelve years but Queen of Hearts was a good re-introduction.
A starter, main course and drink came to a little under £20, which I found very reasonable and the quality of the food was good.
I thought the wait for the food was a little long given that it was not very busy and a sauce for which I had paid was missed (I admit I also forgot this…) but the staff were nice and I do not want to be too harsh.
The interior decor is homely and there is also a pool table for those so inclined, so a little something for everyone.

Not a bad local, hadn't been here for a while as it went down hill but wasn't pleasantly surprised and have come back a couple of times since.
Good food, ultimate burgers are big and tasty with really good fries. Real value for money
