Friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us (but did seem to be rushing us a little this time, but no biggy). Absolutely fantastic food as always, and makes it all the more worthwhile travelling down from Morecambe.

Been going to the AKASH ever since it opened,always been the best and the buffet they do now is awesome.Just had my 70th birthday bash there,stiil the best,then come the rest.
Went for Xmas day family meal excellent service from staff and the meal was fab 2nd time going on Christmas Day will now be our new ritual at Xmas thanks again guys π

Went for a birthday meal and the food was great the hosts were friendly and for 15 people with a starter and a main course and 2 drinks each it only came to Β£190. Definitely be going again.
Very busy night for all staff but that didn't fade the service and food ! Defiantly recommend and return!
Always worth a visit if you are in the area. Knowledgeable, courteous staff. The korma with stuffed paratha always my favourite.

Absolutely Top Class. Not been in for a while, bit instantly recognised by staff. They welcomed us like family. Good was, as always, absolutely delicious. Despite it being packed, we were shown to a table almost immediately and service was second to none!! Absolutely wonderful night xx

The food was excellent. The staff were attentive without being over bearing. Cannot wait to repeat the experience.
Had a great meal for my birthday π staff were friendly food was amazing I even got a slab of chocolate cake as a happy birthday gesture.
On the negative side we were very shocked at the price of Β£7 for a GLASS of wine so get a bottle it is better value for money!

A spacious well lit restaurant. With polite, smartly dressed waiters. A very good variety and choice of menu. Plates were very warm and the hot plates were ideal. It was approx 3/4 full and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. First visit here and will definitely go back, when in the area again.

We have been using the Akash for a lot of years and have never been disappointed, we've also been on Christmas Day and it was still great.
We went recently to celebrate my wife's birthday and as always the food and service was excellent especially from Abs, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make her feel special.
We are looking forward to our next visit which will not be long.
Good food, this place has been around for ages, there's a reason for that.
I scored medium on atmosphere, it was a quiet Wednesday evening, but I believe it gets really busy at weekends

We attended a wedding at St Joseph Church nearby. Table for 3, eating late on a friday,1030pm . Staff were genuinely friendly from 1st minute. I had a chicken rogan josh, was one of the tastiest curries I've had in ages.

Fantastic service from the minute I entered the restaurant. All the staff were very attentive, even though it was a busy night, the service we received was impeccable and swift. We had different waiters serving us and every single waiter was lovely and kind. We had some jokes with them too!.. the food was very delicious I recommend the chicken shahee and the waiter recommend I tried the tandoori grilled fish for starters it was amazing!!..we had a lovely chat with the boss at the end of our meal and we even received free shots normally it's a Baily's shot but as we don't drink he gave us a non alcoholic shot instead. Oh and we were handed lollipops on the way out!.. it's the little things that make your night and I have to say well done to Akash best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will definitely be returning again soon and will be recommending Akash to friends and family. 10/10 π

Me and my mates went here. Got starters and main meals. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and shown to a table. Not bad for a Friday night. Everything we had was top notch food. Couldn't fault it at all.
