Friendly service, great value. My wife and I visited for first time. The hot chocolate and chain latte were the BEST we have ever tasted. And the sausage roll was delicious. Finished with 2 fresh and tasty almond and cherry croissants!!! Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Took home 2 of the bacon cheese slices too, the best thing on offer!! They put a major highstreet brand's (let's call it meggs) to utter shame! Incredible!!!
🤤 Cornish Pasty.... The problem is that there are some things in life that shouldn't be messed with.. ie Pork Pies, Yorkshire Pudding & Cornish Pasties........................ I understand choice, I understand people like choices, I understand choices help business. I also understand individuality, so why make "pasties" if "other" flavours look like cornish pasties 😱
O forgot, yes the shop was spotless... Staff brilliant and helpful.
Called in recently on a Monday before going out for the day, they start early so I was able to get our pasties which was great. I had the best flat white ever which was only let down by the cup which leaked otherwise I would have given five stars, thankyou.
As a bus driver we get about so know a good late when we taste one , excellent taste good service friendly to pasties a scummy .Had a bread pudding to die for must have been slow baked in a bain marie lovely vanilla flavouring
Visited Dartmouth for the day, from Paignton via steam railway and ferry from Kingswear. Got caught in a rain shower, so we popped into the Cornish Bakery for some hot food and good coffee. Cornish pasty was good and meaty and the cappuccino was the perfect accompaniment. By the time we finished our meal the rain had stopped and we were properly refuelled for the rest of our adventures in Dartmouth.
Really enjoyed our pasties, and excellent coffee! The flat white was a perfect way to start the day!
Popped in for one of the chocolate brownies. These are one of the tastiest and fudgiest I have found.
The staff in here are really lovely and helpful.
Just popped in on the off chance they had a vegan option. To my surprise they had 2 options. I was torn between which one, the guy serving suggested the spied cauliflour. It was delicious. Best pastie I've had, even before turning vegan. The other half had a traditional pastie and loved it too.
Staff are really chatty,very friendly and helpful.
We even went back at the end of the day and bought more to take home with us

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. There are a few tables at the back and these get very thoroughly cleaned after each customer. Had the traditional pasty which was very good with large chunks of steak in it. Also had a black coffee which looked a bit cloudy but this didn't detract from the superb flavour so not complaining. Would highly recommend.

Great little coffee shop/Bakery. It sells the best coffee in Town with some of the most friendly staff. Their Breakfast deal was good as well and open from 8am...!!!
Some friends and I visited the Cornish Bake House a couple of weeks ago whilst on holiday and were served by two friendly and efficient ladies. The premises were very clean and the toilet easily accessible.
I can highly recommend this establishment.
The only problem is the length of the queue!! I wanted to order 1 of everything! The coffee is awesome and lovingly made. Very chilled vibe, encouraged by the friendly staff! 10/10 would go again.
Delicious pastries, as a vegetarian I had plenty of choice. The staff are really pleasant. I really recommend popping in and giving the vegetable, cheese and onion, as well as spiced cauliflower with onion Bhaji a try!
