Ordered cod, chips and peas, delivery was quick. The food was still very hot and the size was a little too big for me but was absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again and recommend to my friends and family 👍
The food was so great didn’t even get the opportunity to take an photo. Our family had Fish and Chips portions were great and tasted great, I want more traditional pie and mash with liquor yum yum. Will be back again.
I rang them up and spoke to a very nice lady who did they can deliver directly. I ended up doing so through Uber as I didn't meet thr min order requirement with them, but she said that she'll get the food ready when the drive arrives to keep it hot. The food was lovely. Just want to thank her really 😀
1st time here & defo return! Wonderful choice of menu! Infact the best I've seen out of all the places I've eaten! Large portion size meals for very good prices! Throughly enjoyed my Pie, Mash & Liquor as much as my friend did her Fish, Chips & Salad! 😋
I called in tonight with my friend Rowland, ( Rowland Rat), as we were both very hungry and desperately needed a good meal.
We've been coming here quite a few times lately.
The fish and chips are always hot and served in abundance.
Rowland often struggles to finish his as he's not as big as me.
Also, we always come on the days Claire is working. She's the best waitress in town.
Infact, if she ever stopped working there we would probably have to find somewhere else to go as Rowland would be heart broken.
Lovely staff, friendly, food was freshly cooked with good portion sizes.
Had the pie and mash and was really good, prices were better than most pie and mash shops. staff friendly. has to be the best pie and mash in a fish n chip shop/cafe.

I dined at this venue for the first time today, despite walking past it countless times on the way to the juicer.
I had high expectations due to reports from my business colleague, Nigel, but they were surpassed!
The menu has everything you need, from pie and chips to fish and chips. My friend took the pie and I went off piste by taking calamari and chips! It's astonishing that some people confuse calamari with onion rings in 2020. We were offered either mushy peas or garden peas with our dishes. We both selected the peas from the garden.
The food was absolutely brilliant and so was the service. We also enjoyed some great banter with Kev and Gill, who have recently returned to the UK after 11 years in Australia.
If you want good food and great banter, then Time and Plaice is your place!

Lovely bit of grub. I had cod and chips here and it was one of the best meals I've had in a while.
Cod was tasty, batter crisp and golden and the chips also, good portion.
Really efficient and friendly staff. A decent supper halt in the 'sit-down' behind the front counter if visiting the nearby Orchard Theatre. Decent haddock, chips and mushy peas, well-priced
We was passing by and decided to try Time & Plaice. Pleasantly surprised by the experience, waitress was friendly and food was decent (think fish & chips, pie & mash). Only thing I didn't like was delivery drivers (deliveroo etc) passing through the eating area to collect orders.. Minor thing.
Very good food, large amounts to eat. I had fish and chips, needed a dogy bag.
Went in here after dartfords big day out the lady that took our order was 👏 amazing
Superb plate of food - cod & chips, excellent service and my only gripe was the decor felt a little dated.
I will definitely visit again and recommend it heartily to anyone visiting Dartford who is hungry.
