A quite outstanding breakfast - quality, presentation and portion size. Lovely sourdough toast, wrapped good quality butter, fantastic sausages and crispy bacon. All ingredients top notch and charming waiting staff. Memorable.

Our visit to Two Magpies Bakery in Darsham was absolutely delightful! Lots of spaces in the carpark and we sat outside in the lovely sunshine, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The range of cakes, pastries, and breakfast items we tried were all superb, with generous portions that were both satisfying and delicious. The coffee was excellent and a perfect complement to the baked goods. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the charm of our visit. Highly recommended for a wonderful meal in a friendly atmosphere!

Loved everything about this bakery. So glad we stopped on our way back from Latitude festival. The produce, the display, the selection, the customer service. All amazing! Wish I lived nearer. We ordered salmon and cream cheese bagels, Portuguese custard tarts, a cheese and marmite twirl and a cinnamon twirl. And a signature sourdough. And hot drinks too. I am a baker so can appreciate the work that must go into this wonderful business.

Popped in for breakfast. I had a full English, my partner opted for the eggs Lyonnais. Both breakfasts were tasty and very generous. The service was pleasant and friendly. The coffees were also great. I would recommend a visit if you’re passing by on the A12. My only suggestion is they they could do with giving tables a proper wipe down between diners, and keeping the floor clean.

Passing by on the way to the coast and stopped off at the bakery. Hearing lots of good things, this place did not disappoint. We had a sausage roll which was great, cheese and marmite swirl pastry which was my favourite and a elderflower doughnut also delicious.

Visited The Two Magpies Bakery twice late Friday and lunch time Saturday, later was a rainy day and all seating was taken so decided to do another take away. The counter of cakes, pastries, sausage rolls, etc looked fantastic but unfortunately couple items never lived up to the look, the cinemon Swirl on the Friday afternoon was dry on outer ring, with the centre lot better and as should be, the sausage roll was greasy and in the bag with it come a grey hair, luckily I understand these things happen and finialy the lemon slice had to much peel and was very tart for our tastes. The potion sizes are generous and prices good for range on offer. The Bakery looked very popular so I'm sure we never got the best on our visits, We are staying close and if we return we will give another try.

I drive 30 miles to visit this bakery (although there is 1 nearer to me). The staff are so friendly the service is quick and the cafe is bright and very clean. The bread, cakes and savoury items on display are very enticing. It might be a little pricey but it is well worth it. The only negative point is the indoor seating area is not large enough, although that won't put me off visiting.

Lovely bakery, full of delicious treats it made it very difficult to chose! The service was excellent, prices quite expensive but well worth it. The sour dough break was lovely and I can well recommend the mushrooms on toast. I had the S'mores slice for pudding which was rich and decadent but not too sweet. Seating area was lovely but the only thing that let the bakery down were its toilets which sadly weren't very clean. Such a shame as would have been 5 *

Nice building, food and selection of food. The only thing that let it down was the service. There were no menus on the table, so it wasn't clear of it was table service or not. I went up to the counter and a waitress kindly told me that she would come to the table to take my order - which she did, all good so far. The food came quickly and it was very nice. The same waitress saw that we had finished but never came to offer is the bill or anything else, so after 30 minutes, I got up and paid at the counter.

We were visiting the area over New year and stayed local to the bakery, every time we passed it was very busy. On our last day we went in for breakfast. After seeing a few comments about value for money I was a bit sceptical. All I will say is the full English is very good value for money, great quality food on it so for £12 I think you get a lot for your money. Purchased a few bakery products on the way out too. A really lovely and high quality bakery. Staff were all very helpful and would definitely recommend a visit. Dog friendly too which is always a bonus! 🙌

Neat and tidy environment with a fantastic display of cakes, pastries and breads. Everything I tried tasted amazing and fresh including a great cup of coffee. Atmosphere is warm and friendly with with helpful staff always willing to assist. I would recommend a detour to this place even if you are 40 miles away as you will leave with a smile on your face.
