We have ordered from this place for about 3 years now, and their food is always spot on, when they answer the phone they are always polite and professional, and when they deliver at the door they are always polite friendly and professional. Sometimes orders can get messed up despite a businesses best efforts things go wrong, and this was the first time something went wrong, BUT the management corrected it immediately.
He was very understanding on the phone and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was wasting my time. He was apologetic and helpful. For that reason I will continue to order, their food is always brilliant and even when it goes wrong I know I can trust them as a business to still do right by the customer. Thank you Pizza Town. I didn't catch the owners name on the phone but he was brilliant. Definitely recommend this pizza place they know how to do a good parmo and a good pizza!
Got a swarama pizza and the service is very good and polite, the food didn't take that long to cook and we got a perfect thin base swarama and peparoni, would def use this shop again as that pizza w as perfect and tasted better than a few shops we have been to,
3 orders so far and all excellent

had food from here about half a dozen times and always great quality and the Sharma is superb. unfortunately the food tonight did arrive as ordered as the lady taking the order was busy talking to multiple people while taking the order. rang up to speak to the owner for no other reason than to give some feedback and explained we didnt want anything from him despite that he went out of his way to send over the missing items, this shows he truly cares about his customers and feedback.
