Staff were so helpful and encouraging to my 5 year old daughter when she was spending her book vouchers. They really went out of their way to make it a great experience for her.
Pretty nice but difficult to find the non fiction space books
I really like this Waterstones, it is quite small but crammed with books. Staff are very helpful. My only gripe is that I like to read quite niche military history books and it doesn't have many of these but that is more because of my specific interests. A good shop
Always a good level of customer service and some great books on offer. If they don't have the book in, just ask and they can order it. The staff are friendly and the store is always clean and tidy
