Best lunch we've had for quite a while. Food was fresh, tasty and delicious. The bacon and walnut salad was so good and tuna melt very very tasty. Coffee and music spot in as was all the staff. Excellent value for money.

Staff is extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. They served me with a big smile in this faces what makes a huge difference. I have eaten a influence XXL and was delicious, they have a hand made coleslaw and the bread, sausage, bacon and onions makes a great combination. I will definitely come back.

Never been before and we called by for a light bite of lunch. Top marks from us both. Food and service excellent. Julie's coffee was very good and my hot chocolate was the best I've had since Christmas in Prague last year. The focaccia in the sandwiches was delicious. Will definitely go back.

This is one of the best cafe's in Darlington I've found. For coffee lovers there's the Turkish coffee, and for tea fans there are a selection of more 'exotic' options that you'd not find else where. The baked goods seem to be homemade because they are divine. The quality of the food and drinks are well worth the price. Edit: Forgot to put that it's also dog friendly!

Walked past this cafe so many times, today was a first visit for a bite of brunch with a friend. Atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly. First time in a while for loose leaf tea - but it was amazing along with Eggs Benedict. Place was busy so had to wait a little while forcthe food but we weren't disappointed. Cakes looked divine too - but alas another time.

Popped in with a mate for breakfast never been before as I am not from Darlington we both decided on the vegan toasted banana bread with yoghurt and compote this was perfect it wasn't too sweet. Had a perfect balance and we didn't get bored while eating it. Lovely service the coffee was lovely will definitely pop here again. Lovely selection of vegan options

I went to try their hot sand coffee and it is one of the best things I've ever had, if you like espresso you simply must go and taste it for yourself. I also had some fig and honey tart which was equally fabulous. A real gem of a cafe and reason alone for a visit to Darlington.

First time here and was impressed after having a rubbish experience at another cafe earlier. This place is great. Customer service was excellent...very friendly indeed. Nice outside space and plenty of comfy seating inside. Toilets were nice and clean. I didn't have any food, but the coffee was great. Well done to the staff though for being warm and welcoming...I'll be back.
