A lovely place with great service, the food is just great well presented and nice portions. The place is beautifully decorated and the staff are very helpful, going out of there way to assist us on our dietary needs. A great place look forward to my next visit.
We've came to visit darlington all the way from Leeds and we tried Alforno for lunch.
The dishes were very delicious that I could not stop eating.
I order fried calamari for starters it was a bit salty but it's also very delicious.

Had a lovely night, the place was mega busy, staff have been amazing, the hanging kebab was unreal with the homemade sauce, the manager even made us some more of the homemade sauce to take home. Well done to the owners brother for amazing and attentive service
It's 3/4 years since we visited Al forno. We used to visit regularly but since covid we've just got out of the habit. It's even better than it used to be. Lovely food, cooked fresh with excellent service at reasonable prices. The whole restaurant feels fresher (must have had a bit of refurb).

This is a really nice place. The staff are polite and helpful, and it is a fair price. This is an update 6 years after our first visit. It's still a superb Italian restaurant. Great food and service we have never had a complaint. Saturday lunch is well worth a visit. Thanks for being within walking
