Always friendly and efficient here when travelling around the county. Good Starbucks lattes here. Nothing much to complain about here apart from the untidy surroundings sometimes around parking areas.

Well no much different as others Starbucks but i will give 4 stars as its very clean and very tidy staff very kind and helpful frendly too did enjoy our cup of coffee here do i recommend yes i do
For a Starbucks it was a good coffee I had. A nice coconut latte, however this time it was different. It was nutty and flavourable. Normally I wouldn't think much of it but a nice clean Starbucks service station actually produced a coffee I consent.
The lady that served me was great fun and had me laughing by the time my coffee was made. This led to a happy customer enjoying her coffee just that little bit more.
This is on the side of the main road to Thanet. Often these places who cater to a transient clientele are often below par, however the staff are always friendly and helpful and, unlike some other Starbucks, they always have the ingredients necessary to make everything ordered. It's a pleasure to go there.
A very decent sized Starbucks given that it's a restaurant services conversion. Plenty of airy space and varied seating for different occasions. WiFi, WC provision and free parking.
Loved the Latte, the Chicken panini and the Pain Au Chocolate... The decor is great here and it was practically empty when we stopped here, so that was great to avoid the crowds you see at other Services. I'd recommend this place...

What a lovely and welcoming team member. I visited around 3pm the female member of team was bubbly and polite. I always go out of my way even though heading to London bound to pop over the bridge and take a short detour to grab my Starbucks. The coffee is always spot on. Good clean toilets is helpful too.

Very lovely staff here. So friendly and helpful. I have popped in many times over the years whilst travelling for work or socially and never once had anything but great service with a smile.
Such a shame they've been forced to shut due to COVID-19 because there's tons of space inside for people to have six metres and more per person.
It was a quick fly visit to get a coffee ☕, drink for the children and use the rest room. While the place was quiet, the restroom was clean BUT the price was utterly expensive. It felt like you were at the airport.
Standard Starbuck. Loads of space, and VERY quiet. The staff were lovely and the pumpkin spice latte I ordered was nice.
