Delicious home-made Italian food, great friendly service, and a great atmosphere. Can highly recommend a visit!
Delicious Italian food. Had the lasagne, some sides and a gluten free pizza. My dad had the gluten free pizza and was very impressed with taste and texture. The tiramisu was absolutely fabulous! The best around compared to other local Italian restaurants.
Having read mixed reviews about the restaurant I was keen to try for myself. I’ve eaten at Luigi’s twice this week, and both times I’ve had a fabulous meal. The food is excellent, and not as expensive as I thought it might be £14 for a pizza is pretty fair I think. All the staff are so polite and he
Had the best evening celebrating my wife’s 50th with 19 friends at Luigi’s. Louise and the team were excellent and looked after us perfectly, highly recommend coming here.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Griffin, a charming Italian restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped into the establishment, we were captivated by the delightful ambiance and warm, inviting atmosphere. Nestled in a beautiful garden terrace, The Griffin
Booked for a birthday meal, 13 of us were exceptionally well looked after. The pub has been beautifully restored inside, it's warm and cosy with a buzzing atmosphere. The food was piping hot and delicious, just wish I had room for dessert! The staff are friendly and attentive, nothing was too much t
Great Italian food, friendly, tentative staff in a lovely atmosphere. Very good value for money. I will look forward to coming again.
Very friendly place to eat,not to noisy, clean with knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Excellent food and drink, they even do doggy bags if you cannot eat it all. Overall an enjoyable experience.
I love the new location! So authentic. I’m giving a 5 stars because I know and love the Luigis al fresco in maldon, I always say that the pizza is the best I’ve ever had and it could win awards. However the pizza at the griffin branch was just not up to their usual high standard and so I was left pr
Recently had the pleasure of having lunch here. Pizza was spot on, great value for money! Lovely edition to the village and look forward to coming back.
The food delicious. The fish and chips had a lovely light batter. The seafood pasta was very good. One of the best I’ve tasted
The food, the atmosphere, the people, all amazing!! Couldn’t recommend it enough! The best Italian restaurant I’ve been to, you just can’t beat it!😍
Fantastic place to eat the staff we great there recommended dishes we out of this world will be going back
We ordered pizza & burgers on our table. All our food was excellent, freshly cooked and well presented. We sat outside in the courtyard which was really nice.
The Antipasti I had was not the best (Italian street food selection), but the person I was with had a wonderful Bolognese. The garlic focaccia was amazing. Service was quick and friendly, lots of choice on the menu - I will definitely give it another go
Lunch was outstanding, the staff, food and decor make this place stand out. So pleased I decided to stop for a quick lunch break.
The noise level was ridiculous. Maybe some soft furnishings? Why do people have to shout to impress. I love the place, but will avoid ultra busy times. Food and service was great, just spoiled by too many shouters. We three managed our way without raising our voices but we did choose to take our cof
They’ve done a great job with this place - the decor and large layout. Great outdoor area with blankets provided in case you’re a little chilly. Service fantastic, and you really feel like you’re in Italy. Everything seems to be home made from scratch and the basil and orange plants inside make it s
