Well that was best espresso I have had in Essex. Wow it was strong, full flavoured. Held the Froth until.the very end. I like brown sugar with mine and this let the sweetness in a bit whilst retaining the full on coffee. Just wow. After that I had a flat white which was divine. The pricing was £1.90 for double espresso and £2.70 for flat white. I said keep change on both. The cafe had a lovely buzz of people meeting seeing people they knew or just enjoying their coffee like me while people watching. This gem is run by volunteers who are so friendly and helpful. I planned on staying for coffee and ended up being there for 2 hours soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying my coffee.

Wonderful coffee, very reasonable prices and comfy seating. There is a very relaxed feeling here so don't go if you are in a hurry. Lovely staff and gets busy with groups of mothers and toddlers or walkers but still well worth a visit.

This is a hidden gem in Danbury. The coffee shop is a lovely modern, airy cafe within the Mission. There are plenty of tables and also settees and armchairs by the window to watch the world go by. There are the usual coffees to choose from and I think their coffee blends are the nicest I have tasted. The price is very reasonable compared to other coffee shops and there are cakes and lunch foods on the menu. The staff are all volunteers and the service is not always as fast as other cafes, however, they are all very pleasant and do a great job. It is a lovely place to have a break and a decent cup of coffee with a loyalty card thrown in for good measure. Who could ask for more?

Nice coffee shop. Most importantly they sell buttered crumpets at a very reasonable price. Not many places where you can get breakfast and a coffee for around a fiver.

Lovely environment, great coffee. Perfect for people that require easy access, especially disabled, also child friendly, with lots of space. Story time on Wednesday is great fun for the little ones. The homemade cakes are to die for.

Lovely community café with friendly staff and visitors, cream tea days once a month. Freshly made cakes and sandwiches too. The only slight downside is that it closes pretty early at 2.30pm apart from the cream tea day which is 5pm. It could do with being open until 5 normally! Part of Danbury Mission church but is a separate cafe/shop area in its own right.

Good coffee, nice atmosphere, good selection of delicious cakes. Doesn't cater well for vegans, or vegetarians, does cater for GF. Reasonable prices.

Enjoyed a proper flat white. Although I didn't partake the home made cakes looked very good.
