I stopped here for dinner with my wife and little boy. Had a fantastic dinner, Nepalese and Indian food. Flavours were great.
Garden backs into a playing field which my son loved.
The beer was very good too.
Had Sunday lunch here, food was good, well presented and tasty. The drinks prices are par for the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Did not stay in rooms so cannot comment.
We ordered take away from the fantastic new ghurka and Indian offering and it was absolutely brilliant. Our collection was ready at the agreed time and was the perfect addition for our Saturday night. We will definitely be ordering again! To be able to get a (very good!) takeaway curry in our rural little village is very exciting!!
Nice place to be with good and satisfied breakfast.
The wash machine should be cleaned before the next use. And the second bed is something like the choice between too hard or too soft.
Anyway I would recommend this place.
Tonight, we had a Gurka curry and it was just fab! 10 out of 10, in every sense. Suoerb food and really tasty. Exactly what curries should taste like!
Didn't stay here but had Sunday lunch & a midweek curry here. Great food. Nice garden to rear with good views. Dog friendly. Recommended.
Had a nice stay here. Staff service was wonderful. Breakfast was very tasty. The place is old but clean. Value for money.
As Nepalese myself, I had to taste their Gurkha menu, and all the foods that we ordered were amazing, 10/10 for me. 100% recommended.
Arrived just before they shut the kitchen, but were very accommodating and lovely. Great service and really great fish 😁😁
Had a pit stop here with our 2 dogs and the manager was amazing...Great value and service for drinks next time we will definitely book for a meal

Proper homemade food and the price was good for what it was. I wanted pudding but I was stuffed. The guy serving us was really very friendly. We will definitely be going back! Thanks

Walked 1.25 miles for a booked lunch. Well worth the walk! Food and service was first-class. Would thoroughly recommend.
Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely as was the logburner on what was a chilly evening. Our family room needed a massive overhaul. Bathroom was OK, although the floor grout was dirty, but bedroom fixtures and fittings need updating. Glass panes in window were cracked, room was quite cold, decoration needs updating. Beds were comfortable though.
