Friend and I stopped here by chance... and were blown away. As vegetarians we were beyond excited about the menu options. Good mix for any diet. My vegan nut roast was amazing. Want to come back here asap when nearby!

Had the pleasure to be involved in a social event here but didn't stay. Dalwood is a lively quiet village. The Tuckers Arms did us proud with the buffet. Genuinely never seen anything as good anywhere!

Brilliant pub with friendly tentative staff and the food and drink was excellent! The Sunday lunch was the best we have had for a long time, the meats were good quality and cooked to perfection and came with a good selection of veg, all finished off with homemade deserts!! We also stayed the night as we did a wine tour in the afternoon and the rooms were comfortable and clean! My only suggestion would be to put in some black out blinds as we were awake rather early due to the sun but we didn’t mind that too much! Breakfast was again delicious-you can really tell the owners have good quality suppliers. As we are fairly local (Exeter) we will certainly be returning soon, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely little pub out the way of day to day hustle and bustle. Check in was easy and found the rooms clean and a good size for 2 people. Breakfast was really nice, great size portions - word of warning with the 2 pub dogs, they are adorable and will want to share your breakfast 😊 Check out was easy! Would come again!

We stayed at Larkshayes cottages a mile or so up the hill and walked down to the village on our first day. After a walk around the beautiful village we stopped for lunch at the Tuckers Arms in their pretty garden. The food was amazing (and plentiful) and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The two resident dogs were very welcoming and we had a fabulous afternoon sipping good wine in the sunshine. Loved it thank you 🍻🥂🌞

We stopped off for lunch purely by chance and so glad that we did! Stunning old pub, with a cosy friendly atmosphere. Great food (you need to be hungry) Quality ingredients, nicely done. It's not far from where we're staying, so I think we might be back....

A proper village pub. Staff are friendly and helpful and pub is a beautiful old traditional pub. Food all freshly prepared and generous portions with a good selection. Recommend stopping in...a very easy place to while away some time. All the positive reviews much deserved

We came for a family birthday party/meal while staying up the road at the caravan site. We dropped off the cake, balloons and table decorations to be set up, the staff helped to make everything perfect from start to finish. The food portions were very generous and tasted so good. Some of the best pub food we’ve had in a long time and reasonable prices. The kids meals went down very well too! The wine and beers were very nice and well priced. Special thanks to most lovely, friendly waitress who served us our food and drinks the whole evening (so sorry we forgot name) Nothing was too much trouble. My dad had a wonderful 70th birthday meal and was very grateful for everything the staff at the Tuckers did for us. Thanks again, we will be back soon.
