Brilliant staff, so attentive and great atmosphere! Food was absolutely beautiful, best meal we've had out in a long time! would absolutely recommend popping in if you're passing through Dalton 😁
Lovely filling Sunday lunch and great puddings. Smart informal dining room well run. Open Thursday to Sunday, with mix of traditional British cooking and European dishes etc...
Food was lovely, the fish was beautifully cooked and the chilli chips were amazing. It was also extremely good value for money. Katherine is lovely and her service was impeccable, I highly recommend especially if you looking for something that’s not your bog standard pub food. Thanks again Katherine

Brilliant service and the food was excellent, would recommend. I had steak diane and my hubby had veg enchilada.
Even though we hadn’t booked and they were fully booked, the lady moved some tables around to fit us in and made us feel welcome. Couldn’t fault the food or service.
I was impressed with the food, soup was just right, had the lemon sole, it was amazing then the music in the background:louise attaque, zaz, I've heard comptine d'une autre ÉtĂ©, some German songs and in general the atmosphere was pretty much of the best experience this year!

Excellent quality three course Sunday lunch at a really keen price.
Gorgeous food, we had a beef Sunday lunch. I didn’t know wether to eat it or climb it, so much food on the plate. Not expensive at all. The lady serving(forgot her name) was a funny lady but of course she was she was born a Manc . Lol would recommend this restaurant all day long.
One of my favourite eating places. Delicious food.
It's not a big resteraunt but it has a lovely ambiance, staff were very nice, and made you feel like a regular even if you're not. The food was reasonably priced with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. There are no steps, and it has a ramp up to the toilets, there's no parking outside howeve
Enjoyed a very tasty meal, in relaxed atmosphere .
I would highly recommend the restaurant the food was amazing and great value for money.
Absolutely fantastic meal in here tonight ! Definitely the best vegetarian dish I've had out ever ! The vegetable pave !! Its delicious, lovely to have something completely different as a veggie! Partner really enjoyed the prawn linguine! Our only disappointment is that we don't live near enough t
