There was an older gentlemen there that completely forgot his customer service skills hence the drop in a star but overall the staff are usually friendly and polite.
Not a very busy store which is good as no waiting to be served
Been a couple of times and not busy. Pasty’s are always sold out or cold, seems as if not replenished often as I have visited at different times during the day. Service is basic also.
New refurbished version of the shop is extremely clean, standard service, only problem is if you order coffee most staff forget to ask what size so if it’s not regular try to remember and let them know. A few times they will make me a cup, and forget to ask so I forget to tell them that I would have liked them to make me a large so when you change their mind they don’t see if as they’re mistake for refusing to ask which you prefer instead they will give you a dirty look for not telling them as I request they make me a cup again but large instead. So not the best staff they could offer.
Always go in here to receive lovely customer service. Staff are so friendly and will usually go above and beyond to make you up something that maybe they have sold out of, or isn't hot anymore. The breakfast omelette roll is also a win!

Excellent service! I asked for a cheese and onion pastie, however, they were still in the oven and would take about 10 minutes, so the lady on the counter offered me a free cup of coffee while I wait!
