A wide variety of food catering for breakfast and lunch options. Proper coffee machine, milkshakes and smoothies available too. Food tastes of good quality. Caters for all markets, a mix of older groups, families, and individuals. Support for the disabled. Can often be a queue but food arrives in good time. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.
Nice place for lunch, I ordered baked potato and it was huge with a tonne of topping. Extremely generous! Had a milk shake which was not great, thin and too much froth which settled into half a glass. My friend had the same issue with he frappe, once again, by the time the froth settled there was only half a glass of frappe left.
Lovely café, the nicest one in Cwmbran in my opinion. Food and drink have always been delicious and the staff are polite and fast at what they do. They also offer a reward stamp system to get a free drink when you've collected enough stamps.

As someone who values comfort above all else while dining out, I have to say that Boswell's Cafe in Cwmbran really hits the spot with its nice, cozy seating area. Although I will admit that the seating may be a little bit on the firm side - something I imagine those looking for a more supportive seat would appreciate - I found it quite comfortable myself. Plus, the atmosphere was just right - relaxed and inviting without being too loud or distracting.
As for the food itself, I have to say that Boswell's really impressed me. The menu had a great variety of options, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. I decided to go with a classic - a hearty bowl of soup and a fresh sandwich - and I was definitely not disappointed. The soup was rich and flavorful, and the sandwich was piled high with fresh and tasty fillings. All in all, a meal that really hit the spot.
In addition to the great food and cozy seating area, I found that the staff at Boswell's Cafe were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of - a feeling that only grew stronger as I enjoyed my meal. It's always nice to be treated well while dining out, and Boswell's definitely delivers on that front.

Mmm not sure to be honest, coffee was great self service was quick and friendly, but place full of tables not cleared, my salad had leaves that were a little past it and the peppers was slimy and very soft (I hope they were pickled) but I think they were just past it. Seems like a popular place so maybe we just saw a snapshot. Lots of great cleaning behind the self service going on and staff very clean and tidy. I may give it another go
Very busy and popular cafe. Good varied menu. Helpful and friendly staff. Some foods a little above average in price (5.95 for a seasonal salad) but good quality and well presented and served. Outdoor seating area when weather permits. Be prepared to wait for a table at peak times...but worth it.

Best cafe, eaterie in Cwmbran town centre. Reasonably priced too which is rare these days

We didn't eat today. Just a tea and a sit in the lovely sunshine outside on the patio area. Staff always friendly. Like the location of this Boswells. Will visit again

Our first time here. Coffee is amazing. Staff are very good and attentive. Foos very nice. We had 1 breakfast, 1 Bacon & Sausage Sandwhich and a Teacake deal with a coffee. Very nice indeed. Only critistism is the price is a little high. But other than that it's an amazing place. Highly recommended and will be returning. Soon.
Visited Boswell's on several occasions, the food is always great tasting always hot & well presented. The staff are always polite. Highly recommended.
Staff were very lovely and accommodating of food allergies and intolerances. Made alterations to a drink order to suit my needs.
Very bizzy,came in for drink but left and on way out seen how good the food looked, so came back 30 mins later for food. staff fantastic food ie Panini and jacket potato fantastic but Latté very strong for me.
